This blog goes deeper into the person behind the insta. You can call me Chele. I’m 34 years old and a lover of planning & creative journaling. I have been an avid planner since 2016, ever since I spent 22 days on life support after inhaling a raindrop. More on that to come! My lifestyle changed recently and I am not currently working, so I don’t have a lot to plan. I do, however, have a feeling like I need to share my journey - not just in journaling, but in recovery, as well.

I am a recovering addict of over 10 years. Opiates were my escape. But that’s a long story and I don’t want to get too deep right now. I’ve been a type 1 diabetic for 25 years & have had an insulin pump and CGM. I am currently on shots and very happy about it. I am a lover of music down to my core. I’m talking all kinds! Books are a whole other world in my eyes and I enjoy sharing the books I read. Knives and everyday carry gear are a hobby of mine & I’m proof you can carry with style.
