now I know. if you don't get rid of that stuff regularly it just expands. it's not like it goes bad or breaks regularly. and it's hard to justify getting rid of it even if you rarely use it, because it's perfectly good and you do use it every once in a while.

I don't have much of a take on it. I really don't care if people take it, or don't take, or why they take it or don't take it.

For my own mental health, I have to take the position that weight is morally neutral. Weight loss is neutral, weight gain is neutral, weight-staying-the-same is morally neutral.

And I certainly can't criticize people for the choices they make in order to lose weight. Taking an FDA-approved medication in an approved way with medical oversight is orders of magnitude less crazy than some of the stuff I've done to lose weight. I love to be a judgy hater, but I don't love being a hypocrite.

Scientifically speaking, I think it's a really cool medication and I'm really excited to see what they're going to do with it in the future, because it seems to be good for a lot of stuff besides diabetes and weight loss.
