Fair View is a family home built on a 40 x 30 lot. Value $277,561 It has 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 Living Room, Kitchen / Dining Room, Sun Room, Study. Outside there is a BBQ, Table and Chairs, Garden Planters, Monkey Bars, Toddler Slide, Toddler Ball Pit, Swimming Pool. This house has No Custom Content. Hope you all like.

So this is my first (public) mod/trait ever. I have made custom traits for myself but haven’t shared them before. I was trying something different, this is a little experimentation and something to give my Dragon Age Characters a little something else while I play!

So, features: Templars are active, an will learn the handiness skill quickly but will get tense around any kind of supernatural sims (Ghosts, Aliens or Mages*) *For the Mages I added a custom trait (it triggers a reaction from Templars and visceversa. I do plan on expanding that one *maybe* later, it has whims and a couple of buffs you will probably discover soon enough). I would absolutely recommend the Become a Sorcerer mod from Modthesims to actually have magic on the game.
