fandom is so weird you never know how old anyone is but you just kinda assume most of them are around your age until proven otherwise and then one day someone is talking about their 9 year old kid on your dash and another person is saying they just finished 10th grade. wild.

sometimes pirating things is clicking three buttons and then the thing you want happily appears on your computer and you run off into the sunset together. other times you have to travel through 18 different dimensions and wait an hour and a half for you computer to muster up enough energy to download powerwash simulator off of so backwater site

when I was 13 and joined tumblr in 2010 to spam merlin content, never in my LIFE did I think I’d be nearly 27 and still doing the same shit

tunblr is an idling game wherein you plant seeds (make poasts) and then come back a few hours later to harvest the resultant crops (replies from users with picrew icons and hyphenated urls demonstrating a complete lack of empathy and/or reading comprehension)

i'm not committed to the "everything is beautiful" view so much as the "many more things are beautiful than you think" view
