zero tweaks to the ui so the game has black borders still

seems to have a very common issue of opening as a black screen and not actually starting, with it still responding in task manager - haven't found a single fix posted for this yet

both games suffer terribly in any resolution above 1080p, and widescreen is a joke. mods to improve UI as it does not scale and hasn't been touched at all in both games. games also launch at low resolution and some people have reported difficulty in setting it higher. refresh rates locked on both.
