It may be argued that jalebis are best captured in its true color but then I love the depth and character that can be best IMO captured in black and white. These fresh, crispy and abundantly sweet Jalebis were the highlight of my recent trip to VV puram !! (at V V Puram Food street)

Ubiquitous capsicum bhaji gets a makeover at this hole in the wall place in VV Puram... The capsicum bhaji is cut, smeared with chilli coriander chutney and then served with a generous handful of grated carrots, cabbage and onions. Simply delicious and best had piping hot !! (at VV Puram)
