Presenting Castaway’s Bar and Grill, a cc-free restaurant! Located in Sulani, this little gem is family owned and operated, so it has that cozy, intimate feel to it. Download it on the gallery @madibushea or get the tray files here. Enjoy!!

- features a dining area, outdoor bar, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a little sitting area, a game table, an area for performers/entertainers (gotta put a spotlight on some local talent!), and even a swing-set for those little ones (or adults) to keep themselves entertained while parents are at the bar 

- also has a bathroom, bc duh

Hey friends! Today I built an off-the-grid home with NO CC! This home is perfect for an extended family. There’s 2 double beds, a tent, and a bedroom with a single bed designed as a kid’s room. And there is supplies for a pet kitty. :) This home has lots of eco-friendly skill building items for any sims’ taste. The few on-the-grid items in this build are powered by the windmill. The little pond built next to the home functions as a pool! Download the home here (tray files), or find it on my gallery page @madibushea! 

-built on the mid-nowhere lot in Windenburg (20x20)

- technically 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, but there is room for 7 sims and a pet!

- 20x30, built on The Shipping Views lot in Evergreen Harbor.

- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor living space, and even monkey bars for lil ones! Everything needed for a toddler included. 

- You NEED to enable moveobjects on, showhiddenobjects, and showliveeditobjects in order for everything to show up correctly! I used quite a few debug items. 

- There is ONE piece of CC, this washtub , by K9DB on ModTheSims. It’s a little bathtub made from the washtub that came with Laundry Day. If you don’t want to download it, there is a bathtub in one of the bathrooms for toddler/pet bathing needs.

This is the Seabring family! Get it...cause they live on the docks...by the sea...

I made them for my Lil Container Home, which I’m actually super proud of how it came out! :3 

We have siblings Owen and Abby, Owen’s wife Phoenix and their son Devon, and Abby’s son Zane. Zane sleeps in his auntie and uncle’s container, with his big cousin Devon of course! Abby’s container is a bittt too small to fit a toddler in there too. 

The only CC I used for them is this skinblend by @ufotrait, these default eyes by @puderosasims, and these lashes by @kijiko-sims ofc. You don’t need them, but I highly recommend. You can find this lil family on my gallery @ madibushea. <3 make sure you check the “include custom content” box.

***If you download the lashes, download kijiko’s No Eyelashes Mod in order for the lashes to show up correctly.
