Spread the Love Day Gift ~ 1841 Eucalyptus St.

In honor of Spread the Love Day, I made a three-story modern house for a small or medium family. The house sits on a medium size lot and comes with a custom car made by Fresh Prince. A list of CC is included in the compressed file alone with a furnished and a unfurnished version too.
