Imagine if, on top of there being gods from other religions, there were also variations of those gods based on language, like, the British and American Christian god would be different from the Italian Christian god, and someone starts to learn another language, the respective gods from the languages would be whopin each other's asses over who listens to the prayers, who guides them etc.

Love it when main villains in jojo get goofy from time to time, they have to keep this disguise of The Big Bad™ whenever they have to interact with the main cast, but once that's over, they're just a normal person with an actual personality

A thing that really frustrates me is that I could say something that could literally be the pinnacle of comedy and it gets like 12 notes, while a singular made-up-on-the-spot word like glodorbong gets thousands upon thousands of notes and never leaves the collective consciousness of the internets, but that's how you know that tumblr is still the same old dumpster fire behind the vietnamese restaurant it has always been so it really doesn't bother me that much after all

I love the anime adaptation of jojo's, but something that the anime fails to replicate in contrast of the manga is the absolute comedy of Araki's sudden changes of the moment's atmosphere. In one panel, a main character is prepared to do anything to win a fight, the determination is literally oozing from the page and the detail on them is so much that you could practically count their individual hair strands, a piece of art so beautiful it's blatantly obvious why Araki's art is in the Louvre and then the next panel is 6 cm squared with the MC looking like a confused autism creature.

It has come to my attention that I've been followed by a surprising amount of pornbots while I was gone and I feel like if a group of stray cats just came to my doorstep to demand attention and sustenance

Love how opossums look like they could rip you apart and devour your insides but just... don't, because that's not what they do, their literal defense mechanism is just freezing. Just stand still looking threatening and if that doesn't work, they get so anxious they literally pass out. That's right, they don't play dead, they genuinely. Pass. Out. From the stress. The best thing is that they can't even carry rabies because they're too fucking cold for it. Their normal bodily temperature is so low that it's not a viable environment for rabies to exist in. Plus they look adorable, they have tiny little fingerless gloves and they look silly when looking forward

I have once again awoken from my centuries long slumber and I'm more than ready to make everyone else be very aware of it >:)
