Starting to illustrate all of the Major Arcana cards! Starting with The Fool

It's not only hard, but you also are supposed to make content that is easily engaged with and shared by many people so it can be pushed by the algorithm. Which usually means no personal work and no niche fandoms/themes.

That sucks because I don't want to draw something just because it's popular. A lot of my interests aren't particularly popular either...

I used to make tutorials on tiktok and that got me 50k followers but I stopped posting because anything that wasn't a tutorial was completely ignored by the algorithm + making the same thing over and over got old pretty fast.

I don't want to make art for the sake of engagement but I do want people to engage with my art if that makes sense, I feel like this was easier back on Deviantart days where the community was very "artist centric" and even niche interests had their own little bubbles of attention but that's gone now.
