(M) He can feel your field, you're so anxious, he can't blame you though, after the encounter you just had, he'd feel as anxious as you are. He continued driving, getting to the base, trying his best to get there fast.

"Hey.. what's your name?" (M) "Wha? Oh, I'm Mirage! Nice to meet you!" "Nice to meet you too.. hey, are the cons able to find us?" (M) "Technically speaking yeah, but the chance of that happening before Prime joins the rendezvous is pretty low." "You might want to reconsider that chance.. because there's a fleet of flyers on us.." (M) "What."

(M) He checked his mirrors, seeing two seeker trines after him, the elite and the rainmakers, not a good look. He sped up, his engine revving. "Scrap.. hang on, I'll try to lose them but I'm calling backup as a precaution..!"

You nod, flinching as he swerved, off roading to try and lose them, but it was hard to lose all six of them at once. You're safe, you know that, but that doesn't make you any less nervous.

(M) Scrap, this really isn't good, especially since he can see Ion Storm diving to get closer, intending to transform and pounce on him. He swerved to try and dodge, but Ion already got the jump, landing on him, burning his frame. "Get off of me you flying freak!"

(I) He smirked, his wings flaring. "You'll have to make me, Slagger, we'll get that squishy before you can even think about backup arriving!"

(S) "THINK AGAIN!" He ramped over Mirage using a slanted rock, hitting Ion off of Mirage before quickly driving alongside him.

(M) "Thanks Sunny, I couldn't shake them..!"

(S) "Don't thank me yet, we still gotta lose the rest! Follow me, I know a spot that can help!" He split off, going towards a mountain.

That was close, too close, you're terrified to say the least, and tired, and who can blame you? Giant alien robots, when did you sign up for this? You didn't, but there's no backing out, not now, not ever.

(M) He and Sunny arrive at an abandoned mine, driving in, navigating through the tunnels till they reach a resting place. "Think we'll be fine here?"

(S) "Definitely.. it's gonna take those seekers a while to get through these tunnels, but we really need to get to base.." He sighed, comms were a no-go in this area, too deep to get a signal, and even if they could Soundwave would track it in a sparkbeat, it's just too dangerous. "Any ideas on what to do now?" (M) He helped you get out of him before he transformed, stretching. "Wait for backup? Maybe find a map?" (S) He also transformed, sighing as he rolled his eyes sarcastically. "Yeah like a map is just gonna appear in a random abandoned mineshaft." "Actually if we can find the command center of the mines there should be a map of the tunnels, since this is one of the older mines of the town and they didn't have phones or portable radios yet they needed a command center so they could connect to the many speakers around the mineshaft."

(M) Him and Sunny both stared before he giggled, Sunstreaker scoffing in annoyance that Mirage was actually right. "Well, any idea where that command center might be?" "If we follow the light and speaker wiring it should take us to where we need to go." (S) "Then I guess we'll start there.. this way, right?" He pointed further into the tunnels. "Yeah, let's go!"

You're exhausted, sitting in a big metal crate, alone. You nearly scream when a loud alarm blares, why's there an alarm going off, did they find you? There's blasters going off so maybe someone invaded the ship? That big purple mech, Shockwave, seems.. actually you can't tell, hard to read him when he's only got an eye for a face.

(SW) The Autobots broke into the ship, that's unfortunate, no doubt here for you, he glanced at Lord Megatron, who looked angered. He turned back to his monitor, comming Soundwave to see if he had everything locked down on his end, he did. Turning to the door, he knew he didn't have a lot of time before the Autobots broke into the lab, him and Megatron are going to be outnumbered, so he charged up his canon as much as possible, aiming at the door with Megatron.

(M) Damn Autobots, ruining his plans, so much for using you against them. Why did he have to lose you and foil his own plan?! Wherever you are, he hopes you're at least in the hands of a Decepticon, maybe you could be used in a future plan against the Autobots, you're probably why they're here in the first place.

(M) "Shockwave, what's the time estimate for when they break in?" (SW) "About seven seconds my lord." (M) "Perfect.. hide and wait for them to come to us."

They're both aiming at the door, weapons fully charged, hiding in the shadows, you can't warn whoever goes through that door that they're their without getting found or someone getting shot. Maybe you can, but it's high risk, very high risk. You flinch when the door bursts open, but there's nobody there, and if there is it's too foggy to see a thing.

(M) The Autobots are getting smarter, he'll give them that, but it's not enough to best him. He fires into the fog, making it disperse and hitting something, he can hear the blast, and yet there's no screams of peril. What in Primus' name did he hit then?!

(M) Megatron missed, luckily, that was close, he could've been scrapped! Shockwave's still loaded, but as long as he stays invisible, he should be able to make it over and disarm them giving the others enough time to swoop in and cuff them. He slowly creeps closer to where Shockwave is hiding, making sure to stay away from where his cannon's aimed, and then going for it, punching him.

(SW) He was hit, he doesn't know what hit him, his optical sensors aren't picking it up, he shoots blindly, making sure not to aim at Megatron or his equipment.

(M) "Shockwave, what are you doing?!" (SW) "Something invisible is hitting me, Lord Megatron! I cannot track it!"

Before even you can react, a large truck drives in, hitting Megatron, it's Optimus, as Shockwave was restrained by someone you can't even see. You peak out of your spot in the crate, trying to get a better view, and nearly get crushed by Shockwave's chest, you didn't realize how close you were to him.

(O) "Megatron! Where is the human?!" (M) "Even if I knew myself I wouldn't tell you!" (O) "If you knew?" (M) "Yes, we lost it!"

The two continued fighting as you saw someone appear out of nowhere, it was the guy that was invisible, cuffing Shockwave with what looked like handcuffs for giant robots. (M) "Prime, Shockwave's detained!" (O) "Good, check around for the human!"

You try to make yourself known, climbing on top of the detained Shockwave, much to his annoyance, and wave up at the invisible turning mech. "Hey, I'm right here!"

(M) Did someone just call out to him? He looked around and finally looked down at Shockwave, seeing the human they were here for, that's pretty convenient. "Oh! Prime, I found them, they were hiding in here!" (O) "Perfect, now take them back to the base, I'll be right there!" (M) He picked you up carefully, making sure you were secure before transforming and driving off, taking you with him carefully as Ironhide went to give Prime backup. Blaster and Sideswipe are going to be relieved.

These vents are way more elaborate than you thought they'd be, you're super lost and don't have a way to make markers, so you're pretty screwed. You've found plenty of drops, but you're not sure you'd survive them, there's been like one that had a slide like drop but that's it.

Where are you?! For a human you sure are good at evading him, because he hasn't found anymore traces of you. He looked around and smirked as he finally found you, took him long enough, you're really good at evading him, it's annoying. "There you are, fleshling!"

How the hell did he get in the vents?! He's your size, roughly at least, but he was literally huge earlier, how is he so small now?! You can't really run anywhere, he'd be hot on your tail, but you don't have time to think as he dashes forward to grab you, making you duck instinctively, which caused him to miss you and go tumbling into one of the downwards vents with a shriek. "Huh.. they don't call him Starscream for nothing.." You should probably get out of here, you're starting to make puns from being alone for so long.

How could he have missed?! You were right there! That dropped messed up his navigation systems, so if he tried to fly he would most definitely crash, he needed to get out of these vents. He groaned, standing up and going to the nearest vent exit, huffing in annoyance.

You decide to carefully slide down the slope down, making it to what looks like a storage room. You pry the vent open and look around, lots of crates everywhere, huge ones, there's a hole in one of them. You decide crawling in is better than any other plan, getting in the crate and looking around, nervous as hell, and rightfully so.

Megatron groaned, how hard is it to track one simple organic?! He stands from his throne, looking around, Primus this is annoying, this type of stuff happens a lot more often than it should. He walked around the nemesis, watching as some mechs tried to scramble around to find the human, none of these idiots were helpful.

Those steps sound way louder than the others have, who's walking near the storage room? You also realize there's a mech huddled in the corner working on something, which made you also realize this isn't a storage room, just a super cluttered lab room. You nearly yelp when you see a large mech enter the room, he's gray and threatening, is this that Megatron guy?

Megatron entered the lab, annoyed. "Shockwave, tell me you've been able to do me some good unlike the imbeciles upon this ship.."

"Lord Megatron, I believe they were in the ventilation systems, I watched Starscream leave them in a huff mumbling about them besting him."

"I should've known better than to think Starscream could catch them, any trace of them otherwise?"

"No sir, however Soundwave is running an extensive scan on the ventilation systems to make sure they are not roaming in them any longer."

"Good, you two are the few competent mechs in this ship.."

Yeah, they're still looking for you, and you have no idea how you're going to get out of here, especially if you don't know your way around this giant place. It would take you ten minutes just to reach a split in the hall! You get back in the crate, thinking, trying to figure out a way out of here. But honestly? You might have to rely on luck.

You're so bored, there's nothing to do when you're trapped in a cage. Is this how zoo animals feel? Because you're starting to give them a lot more sympathy. You lean against the cell bars and realize, there's nothing stopping you from just slipping through them and booking it. You look around and spot a vent that you could fit in no doubt, you don't have your phone for light, but they gave you a flashlight as a ceiling lamp, if you find a way to reach it you might have a way out of here.

There's nobody in the room, looks like Soundwave went off somewhere for something important, you have the feeling somebody's meant to be watching you right now. You climb up and reach the flashlight, falling and catching yourself on a ledge, thank god you didn't get hurt again. You slip through the bars and look at the vent, can you even pry something like that open? Maybe not, you should've thought this through more.

Around you find a few scraps, there's actually a pipe wrench in a box of "Toys" Rumble and Frenzy gave you, they really do see you as a pet. You grab the pipe wrench and manage to make a gap just big enough for you to fit, slipping in and keeping the pipe wrench on hand, exploring the vents, hoping to find a way out of here.

Who does Megatron think he is?! He, Starscream, would be a great leader instead of him, but no, everyone follows him blindly instead of him, the superior mech to lead! Guard duty for a fleshling, what could a little thing like you even do, whine at them to let you go for vorns? Though he quickly gains an answer when he enters the room and sees you're not in your cell at all, not even hiding, he made sure because he violently shook your cell to prove as such.

"Oh great this is going to get pinned on me no matter what I do.." He huffed, comming Megatron, "Leader?"

"What is it Starscream?"

"I came to watch the human and when I entered their cell was completely empty and nobody was in here watching them."

"WHAT?!"

"Don't blame me, I just got here!"

"Shut it Starscream, I wasn't, now find them!"

"I am I am! Primus have mercy.."

Megatron was no doubt sending more than just him to find you, but he was probably the best bet, after all he was better than any of those dead processor dimnodes. He looked around and quickly saw the dent in the vent, you probably slipped in the gap knowing how annoying you humans are. He had the energon stores to mass shift, so might as well. He ripped the vent off and mass shifted, running into the vent to find you.

"This place is filthy.. Knockout would burst an energon line if he came in here.. Oh looky there, tacks in the filth, how convenient.. finding this human will be easier than I thought.." Time to track you down and prove himself worthy to be leader of the Decepticons, after all, how could Megatron do something like this if he won't even try to find you himself?

You're in a glorified bird cage, this sucks, but at least you have a bed and other necessities. You have yet to meet Megatron, Eject's told you some about him, he's the leader of the Decepticons and a warlord, also a war criminal. You can't get out, and even if you could get out of the cage, you wouldn't be able to get down from the counter or whatever you're on without breaking your neck.

A few of them keep coming and going, that big blue guy that took you here has prevented that cocky jet guy from messing with you, wasn't his name Starscream? He lost to Blaster, you know that much. He hangs out with two other jets, a purple one and a blue one, and honestly you're kind of scared of the purple one, he's a little insane sometimes. The blue one's pretty alright, but other than that you don't like these guys. You flinch as suddenly the cage is poked, sending you off balance.

Soundwave glanced over, noticing Rumble and Frenzy poking at your cell. The two laughing, Rumble spoke up. "Hey boss, look at it squirm! How funny is that?!"

"Heh, yeah, it's so helpless!" Frenzy laughed out.

Soundwave could see you panicking, and as much as he likes Rumble and Frenzy being occupied, you look like you're going to have a panic attack, and he doesn't want to feel the panic in your mind anymore than he already has. "Rumble, Frenzy: cease personal objective.."

"Aww c'mon boss, they're fine! Ain't ya fleshling-" Rumble quickly shut up as he saw you curled up on the floor of your cell, something dripping down your faceplate, are you leaking? Can organics do that? "Uuuh.. boss, it's leaking.."

Soundwave looked over and saw you curled up on the floor of your cell, something leaking from your organic optics, he's seen other humans do that too, Shockwave says they call it crying, they do it in certain situations for the most part. "Human: experiencing extensive panic and fear. Rumble, Frenzy: disperse from cell.."

Frenzy frowned, backing off with Rumble, "Did we play too rough or somethin?"

Rumble nodded, "Guess so, it don't do much though, do it?"

Frenzy shook his helm as he and Rumble walked over to Soundwave.

They're backing off, get bored maybe? You don't know, but you're glad the cell isn't shaking anymore, you fell from a slightly high spot when they shook it and it made you hurt your abdomen, you really hope nothing's bleeding internally. You look at Rumble and Frenzy, big blue Blaster wannabe, who you just remembered is Soundwave, seems to have authority over them, they call him boss like Blaster's cassettes do sometimes. You sit up, holding your abdomen, it feels bruised, and when you slightly lift your shirt to check you're question is quickly answered as you see a giant bruise forming on your abdomen, that's a knot. "Ow.."

Soundwave perked up once he heard you speak, he honestly thought you couldn't anymore from how quiet you've been, he looked over to see you holding yourself, you said ow, are you in pain? He checks the cell's built in scanners, checking you for injury, and you have one on your abdomen, it's not severe but he doesn't really know what to do about it, he's not a medic, but you're for sure in pain. He checks a screen labeled "Human health needs", there's one that says pain medicine, maybe you could use some of that.

You flinch when you hear something slide into your cage from where your food would normally come from, there's water and a pill bottle, you walk over and realize it's Ibuprofen, they have pain medication? You don't have time to question as you take some, you wished it would kick in sooner, cause your abdomen hurts with every little movement you take that it makes you want to vomit.

Soundwave nods as you take the medicine, you at least know how to care for yourself in there, Shockwave tried to get Lord Megatron to put things in there that a cyberhound would need, luckily this proves you don't need anything like that, the most you need is someone to provide you with what you need to care for yourself and you'll be fine, actually reminds him of Ravage somewhat.

Finally, done with that mission, it took longer than planned, way longer. Sideswipe was running off to Sunny, couldn't blame him, it was his brother after all. He checked his cassettes, they were fine, needed to refuel was all, so he took them to the cafeteria to get energon, maybe he could call you when they're done. He starts to trace your signal as his cassettes refuel, but he frowns when the line goes dead instantly, maybe your phone was dead? But even then he'd be able to trace its signal, so what gives?

"Blaster, you alright? You're looking worried, man." Blaster looked up to see Jazz and Hound, looking worried for him.

"Just worried about a friend of mine is all.. I can't trace their signal at all, the line's dead."

"Why not check on them?"

"I would Jazz, but I can't really get there easily, I'd get seen by other humans.."

"We can go with ya, after all if something did happen to them, me and Jazz can help you track them down!"

"You two would do that?"

"Well yeah! You're our friend, we ain't just gonna leave ya to fend for yaself!"

Blaster smiled and transformed, Jazz picked him up and transformed, he landed perfectly in one of Jazz's seats, getting buckled in so he didn't bounce around. Hound also transformed, driving to where Blaster told them to go to find you. They all froze as they saw your house destroyed, cops around it, your mother crying with worry. "Uh Blaster..? I'm assuming that house isn't supposed to be damaged.."

"W - What happened..?!"

"Maybe a fire? Or a science project gone wrong..?"

"Oh Primus, I hope they're safe.."

Hound revved his engine, "Guys, I'm picking up a scent.. Soundwave was here, he went this way, c'mon..!"

"Soundwave?!"

Jazz followed Hound as they sped off to find Soundwave, Blaster worrying his processor to near burn out. Hound eventually brought them to a clearing, there was a lot of broken trees, possibly from a ship landing previously. "Trail ends here.. but there's nothing.."

"We gotta tell Prime one of the Decepticons took a human..!"

"Blaster, you doing okay, you're quiet.."

"I'm just super worried, I hope they're okay.."

They all drove back to the Ark, explaining to Optimus what they found, which worried all of the Autobots. Sideswipe spoke up immediately, "W - Wait, Soundwave took them?! Why would he do that?!"

Ironhide sighed, "When it comes to Decepticons, ya never know.. We'll get em back though, don't worry yer tail pipes about it.."

Sunny nodded, hugging Sideswipe, grumbling when Sideswipe got dirt on his frame.

"Optimus, we'll get them back, right..? Out of the Decepticon's servos..?" Blaster asked worriedly.

"We'll try as much as we need, Blaster, don't worry.. they will return safely.. Bumblebee, Prowl, Ironhide, Hound, go to where the Decepticon ship last was, see if you can find a clue on where the Decepticons went."

All four nodded, transforming and leaving the Ark. Ratchet patted Blasters back, comforting him to try and calm him down. Perceptor and Wheeljack began to work to try and track the Decepticon ship, trying to trace you and the Decepticons, with any means necessary.

It feels lonely without them around, a lot more quiet, you didn't realize how bleak your life was. You can't contact them right now, they're on a mission somewhere, so you're just here, alone, in your house. You get up, taking a walk outside, you honestly need one, it's more entertaining then staying inside. You look around and stop when you see a tape player, a blue one, it looks like a normal one since there wasn't any symbol on it, it was called a Soundwave, said so on it's paint, maybe this time you can fix an actual tape player rather than a robot one.

You eventually make it home, brining the tape player to your room and looking at it, opening compartments, checking everything. It still has it's cassettes, also blanks like Blaster's were. You're starting to get a sinking feeling that you don't like, looking at the tape player with concern. "Uh.. hm.. blanks.."

It would be a bad idea to mention if it's a robot, especially if it's a tape player, since Blaster said there was one other tape player that he knew of, and it was his absolute worst enemy, like his evil counterpart is how he described it. You clean the cassettes and put them to the side, working on the tape player like you planned originally, stripping its paint and repainting it. You really hope it isn't alive like you think it is, because you won't be able to contact an Autobot, it'd pick up your call signal instantly.

You're nervous, you know he's alive, he knows you know, but you look calm on the outside. It's interesting that you're smart enough not to call an Autobot like he'd assumed you would, you at least know he'd trace the Autobot's location in a sparkbeat, but he wonders what you'll do instead. He would prefer if you didn't touch him, but he hasn't gotten a new paint job in some time, and he was getting rather dirty. You're a smart human, much smarter than most, enough to make him need a new plan, as annoying that fact is, he finds it enjoyable, he finally found a human to tolerate.

It's too quiet in here, he works fine and you finally finished painting him, the paint dry and ready. You look at the cassettes and pick them up, looking them over, normally they have a place you can see their designation, right? You roughly know which cassette has what form, Blaster told you them, the panther is pure black, the birds are red and yellow, the bat is purple, and the minis are purple and red. You forget their names, but it might be a good idea to look at the ones easy to cooperate with, but you remember Blaster said the minis are chaotic, so they're a bad choice.

You're putting Rumble and Frenzy aside, it's hard to hear your thoughts, you're so focused on whatever you're doing you managed to block him out, which is a little annoying. Is that a human writing utensil? You're also grabbing a cage, what on Cybertron are you doing?

You grab the black one, since you've heard it's somewhat reasonable among the cassettes, so you put the cassette in the large cage and start to wind it and just like eject did, the cassette transformed, luckily it's in the cage, unluckily it's growling at you, and tried attacking you as you dash back. "Woah..! Easy, easy there, I'm not going to do anything to you.." It's still growling, cats can growl? Not the time to wonder, you grab an energon treat from you bag, which it immediately stare at, most definitely hungry.

You forced Ravage to transform, you can do that? Never knew it was possible unless you had a bond, his bond with Ravage isn't broken, so you didn't force your own bond, so how'd you do that?

"There ya go.. see, I'm nice, I offer snacks..! Uh.. can you talk with words or just growl at me..?" You gave it more energon, it glared and didn't respond, but it's not attacking anymore so you're getting there slowly. "How long has it been since you've been fed..?"

Ravage huffed, "Why do you care for me, fleshling?"

"So you do talk, good.. plus, you're basically a cat, I like cats, they're cute."

"I am not a cat or cute, I am a fierce panther and you will treat me as such.. why do I bother to argue with a fleshling.."

"So uh.. why was your boss just in the middle of a sidewalk?"

"Our plans do not concern you.."

"Fair enough.."

You flinch when your phone rings, it's Blaster, crap, you quickly decline, nervous.

"Don't you want to answer your comm, human..?"

"Nice try, but I know if I answer then your boss will trace the call to wherever he is.."

"You're smarter than you look, we'll give you that.. he's bound to call again, and the more he calls, the closer to tracing the call we'll get.."

He flinches when you straight up break your small comm device, are you that determined to keep them from fighting the autobots you'd break your only means to contact them?! He looks at Soundwave, sensing he too was surprised as you put your broken comm device and smirked.

"Can't trace a call that can't come through.."

"How much did you think that through?"

"Uh.. enough.."

"You'll make a good ransom against the Autobots.."

"Wait what do you mean?-"

He suddenly bit through the cage, pouncing on you as the other cassettes transformed, you really didn't think this through as you try and fail to fight back, getting dragged outside as their boss transforms and destroys your house as he does, picking you up and taking his cassettes into their compartment, running off to take you somewhere, he's moving too fast, it's making you lightheaded, you really hope you'll be okay.

Finally you're both home after a long day, Blaster was tinkering with something, it was a wonder how he could fit in the garage, and a wonder how he hasn't been caught yet. Sideswipe parks outside the garage as you get out, Blaster immediately noticed Sideswipe had some dirt on him, more than usual. "And what happened to you?"

"I slid down a hill.."

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, so is the human."

"Wait, why wouldn't lil note be okay?"

"Uh.. they were in me when I slid.."

"They were what?! Geeze man, you're more reckless than Grimlock, they're fragile y'know!"

Blaster continues to scold Sides, you wonder who Grimlock is, it's a new name you haven't heard them mention before. Before you can think about it further, you see a red semi pull up, sitting on the road, just chilling there. "Weird place to park that but okay.." Sides was still getting scolded, so neither noticed the semi just sitting there. You know it's dumb, but you decide to approach the semi. "Anyone in there..? You're looking pretty driverless to me.." You climb up the the door, peaking inside, definitely not a driver in there, you can't see the symbol on his steering wheel, it's too dark of tint.

Blaster was still scolding him, doesn't he know that you were fine?! Why's he still droning on with this scold?! You're safe and thought it was fun so why is Blaster so worried about you this far after?!

You're still walking around the semi, the trailer won't open, you tried. You can't find a logo in sight, so is this really not a cybertronian? You open the door and realize it's unlocked, but flinch when it closes on its own immediately, well now there's no question to if its a cybertronian. "Uh hey, I won't snitch or anything, to like.. i dunno who I would even snitch to actually.. It's pretty obvious you're alive, so why not transform, or something..?" You didn't expect this to work, and for a second you thought it didn't, that was until you fall from plating shifting and are immediately caught by a big servo as it transforms into a mech.

"Human, how do you know of Cybertronians?"

Big guy talks? You can work with that, he looks cool too, for sure bigger than Blaster and Sides. "Blaster and Sideswipe mainly.. they're over there.." You point to your garage, and see Blaster and Sides staring, you really hope big guy is a good guy, or you might be screwed.

"Optimus!" Sides runs over, relieved and excited, almost falling as Blaster helps slow him down so he doesn't fall. So this is Optimus Prime? He's big, and seems kind of chill. "You're alive!"

"I am.. and relieved you two are as well.. I began to pick up Blaster's radio signal some time ago, but when I sent Bumblebee he wasn't where the signal was not a trace."

"I was in a scrap heap for a long time, and during that time I'm pretty sure some organic animal took my transmitter and locator.."

"I am grateful you're both safe and online despite the fact.."

Sideswipe smiled, "Honestly big O, I don' think we'd be as online as we are without our human friend here."

"Is that so?"

Big guy's looking at you now, which makes you nervous, though it's hard to tell what his emotions are with that mask on his face. You're not too far from the ground so if he drops you you'll be fine, you feel awkward just being stared at by a big robot. "You doing a danger scan or something?"

"Apologies, you simply remind me of somebody.. Thank you for helping my soldiers, it is admirable you would do so despite us being alien to you."

"It's the least I could do, you guys are pretty cool after all, saving the world from those Decepticon guys and all.. does uh.. does this mean Sideswipe and Blaster have to, uh.. leave..?" You hate that it makes you a little sad, you haven't known them too long, but they're so cool and fun, and really great friends.

"Correct, however that doesn't mean you cannot keep contact with them, I just ask you be careful about it.."

"I'll be as careful as ever!"

Finally, school's over, you can go home and relax for once. Sideswipe was walking right next to you, hand on your shoulder, he was glaring at someone. You then realize, he's glaring at someone with an arm slung across your shoulders, is he trying to piss someone off? Make a guy jealous? What's he doing?

That Wally guy was so rude to you, he can't believe it! You're the coolest human ever and they think they have the right to push you around?! What aftholes! He might be exaggerating a teensy bit but it doesn't matter, he knows they won't mess with you if he's around, but that makes him nervous, because what if they get you alone? Then what'll they do?

You quickly realize he doesn't seem to realize himself that he's basically holding you, too busy glaring at Wallace, you don't mind, it's cute, like a puppy guarding it's owner. You get in him, that's still weird to think about to you, saying you're going to get in someone that's a giant robot. It doesn't matter, he's literally opening the door for you, he's surprisingly protective despite knowing you for like a day or so.

"You can stop glaring Sides."

"Huh? Oh yeah, sorry."

He gets in, revving the engine with a smirk as he drove off, getting gas and dirt on Wallace as he drove by him. He really is that petty, and that's fine with you, maybe Wallace will finally stop trying to bully you, because the attempts are kind of sad. You just realized Sideswipe's speeding, which has you a little worried because he's going 30 over the limit.

"Sides, speed's 40.."

"Yeah?"

"You're going 70.."

"Oh scrap..-"

He quickly slowed down, but it was a little too late as he broke through a road railing, going down a hill. He got rid of his holoform and quickly transformed, holding you as he slid down the hill, both of you very nervous and a little panicked.

"Uh.. you.. you okay..?"

"For a transformer you are a terrible driver.."

"I just kept you from dying and you insult me? How terribly rude of you.."

He smirked, it was obvious he was being teasing and dramatic, so you were teasing and dramatic back.

"Oh I'm sorry my big amazing robot buddy, want me to get on my knees and beg for you forgiveness?"

Sideswipe chuckled, amused.

"Why yes I would little organic~"

You both were quiet before you both started laughing hard, hanging out with giant robots is a lot more fun than most people normally say it is.

It's cool to think you kind of own a lambo now, well you don't own Sideswipe but he's been sticking around. You forgot you had school, and you have to walk again since mom isn't home.

"Where are ya off to lil note?" You almost forgot Blaster was in the house as a boombox.

"School.. you guys know what school is, right?"

"Yeah, we have those, we call them academies though, some bots call them schools."

"Well I have to go to mine, since I can't really miss it."

"Why are you leaving so early, when does it start?"

"In an hour or so, but it's a far walk.."

"Why walk it?"

"Well I don't have a license."

"You have Sideswipe though?"

"I'm still not allowed to drive, and a car driving around without a driver is super suspicious, especially if it's a lambo.."

"Oh that's an easy fix, don't worry about it. Just get ready, I'll talk with Sides."

"Alright then.."

You get ready, meanwhile Blaster talks with Sideswipe through their comm link. You wonder what they could be talking about, maybe trying to get back home? Some way to get you to school might sound more relevant to now.

You leave the house and finch when you see a guy around your age just standing next to Sideswipe. "Do you need something sir?"

"Pfft, it's me! Sideswipe?"

"How.. how are you..?-"

"It's a hologram, we call them holoforms. They help us blend in better. I even fabricated a license so I can both drive you to school, and even join your school! Blaster wants to do it too but he doesn't have the stores right now, plus he's also more focused on contacting Optimus right now."

"Fair point. Do you know where to go?"

"Uh.. I have a navigation system that works like human gps..?"

"Close enough, now get in.."

You both get in him, now that you think about it does this feel weird for him? Does he feel this at all? You input your school into his gps, and he's driving off, obeying traffic laws this time, Blaster must've taught him. You eventually reach the school, everyone's staring at you as you both get out, this is a lambo after all, it's a pretty nice car. You lead him into the school, avoiding the stares as you get to the office, helping register him with a few fake things he managed to fabricate to make this easier.

"Cool, you're officially a high school student, want me to show you around?"

"If you wouldn't mind, they synced our schedules exactly, so I'll be following you around aaaaall day."

"That might be helpful. Anyways, we go this way first, science class."

"Hell yeah.."

After some time, it's finally lunch. You brought a lunchbox and Sideswipe got some energon he somehow disguised as human food. You hate lunch for one thing, the wannabe bullies who are just pure assholes. You lead Sides to a table away from others, both of you sitting down to eat, you feel eyes on you, is it because Sides is new? Maybe people think you're dating, or that you're his sugar baby with that lambo you two came in with. You were mid way eating your sandwhich when it's hit out of your hands, startling you and annoying Sideswipe since he saw you just get shoved.

"Who's the boy toy, loser?"

"Wallace can we not today? I'm just trying to eat with my friend.."

"Well too bad-"

Sideswipe stood up and punched Wallace, which startled you and definitely startled Wallace. Wallace tried to attack Sides but was held back by his buddies as they dragged him away, he was flailing and cursing away, angry. "Sides, you didn't have to do that.."

"He was being an aft to you, and nobody is an aft to my friends. You okay?"

"Yeah. My sandwich is ruined though.."

"We can get you a snack if need be, right?"

"Yeah.."

"Who was that guy anyways? And what kind of insult is loser, because that's weak.."

"He's just some guy who thinks he's tough because his dad's in prison for a bar fight. His name's Wally but he insists on people calling him Wallace because it sounds less childish and funny, but Wally's a pretty nice name to me. Too bad it was given to him of all people.."

"A waste of a designation.."

"Tell me about it.."

This lambo is fast, which makes sense because it's a lambo, but it's way faster than it should be. Did you just run a red light? You did, it either doesn't know traffic laws or is in as much of a rush as you're in. You get your answer when you see something bright shoot at you, yeah you're getting chased, this isn't good. "Uh.. hey, lambo Autobot? There's an underpass up ahead, you can get to it in the right lane." Luckily it's a good listener and immediately goes in the right lane, driving fast into the bypass and into the tunnels, before abruptly stopping, which scares the hell out of you, the seatbelt also just bruised your neck, when did you even put the seatbelt on?

"So uh, human.. how'd you know I was an Autobot exactly..? Why do you even know what that is in the first place?"

"Oh, i found Blaster and Eject explained everything he could about you guys after giving me the scare of my life."

"Blaster?! He's alive?!"

"Yeah, he was fighting Starscream and told me to run.. at least I think his name was Starscream.. who was chasing you by the way?"

"A seeker named Skywarp, I'm surprised he lost us so fast.."

"Seeker?"

"They're a type of Decepticon, elite warriors that fight alongside Megatron."

"Oh hey, what's your name by the way lambo dude?"

"You can call me Sideswipe! I would transform, but it's a bit of a tight space in this tunnel.."

You flinch when you hear your phone go off, unknown number, totally not suspicious. "Hold on.." You pick up the phone, you don't hear anything at first, then you hear a familiar bot, it was Blaster. "I took care of Starscream but can't find you anywhere, are you safe?"

"Yeah I'm fine, but I met someone I think you might be happy to see."

"An offline Decepticon?"

Sideswipe chuckled, "I'm not offline OR a Decepticon, so I guess you aren't that happy."

"Sides?!"

"The one and only, I think the coast is clear so I'll drive back to you."

"Why wouldn't the coast be clear?"

"Skywarp tried to attack me so I hid in a tunnel with your human friend's help."

"See you when you get here, and try to lay low, remember?"

"You know I will, you sound like Sunny right now."

Sideswipe revved his engine and began to drive back to where he came from, being pretty fast about it, and also running another red light, you seriously have to teach these guys traffic laws.

You were helping Blaster take control of an abandoned radio station, since it was the best option, nobody comes here anyways. "Any luck?" you sighed when Blaster shook his head, this was harder than both of you thought it'd be, he keeps mumbling about someone named Wheeljack being able to do this better than he could, who was Wheeljack? It wasn't your place to ask.

Blaster groaned, this was a lot harder than it looked, no wonder so many of Wheeljack's projects failed test runs. He felt bad, you were trying so hard and seemed so tired. "Y'know you can take a break, lil note, you look tired.."

"I'm fine, I have the feeling we've almost got it-"

You yelp as the ground suddenly shakes, and it's not from Blaster or anything, so what was it? Blaster seems concerned, and really tense, is he looking at something? You look at where he is but can't see anything, it's too dark to see anything, can he see in the dark?

Just his luck, Starscream of all mechs found him, he could fight, but he didn't want you to get hurt. How was he supposed to lead Starscream away when Starscream most definitely knows you're a factor? "Starscream.."

"Autobot.. fancy finding you here, trying to get backup to overrun the Decepticons?"

"What I'm doing is none of your concern, now get out of here before I beat your sorry aft.."

"Would you really risk fighting when there's a human in my range?"

Blaster was silent. Who was this guy? He mentioned the Decepticons, didn't Eject say they're evil? This wing guy is probably evil then, he has a purple symbol on him, that's a telltale that he's evil. Before you can question anything else, you're grabbed by someone from behind and quickly taken away, watching as Blaster and that Starscream guy start fighting. You look to see who grabbed you, it was Eject, he seemed worried.

"You aren't hurt are you? You humans are fragile.."

"I'm fine, who was that guy?"

"That's Starscream, the Decepticon's second in command, Blaster's gonna be fine, he has us cassettes to help him.. here, this is a safe distance, run and hide, find someplace safe, we'll find you when it's safe, okay?"

"But-"

You couldn't get another word out as Eject ran off to help Blaster and his.. brothers (you still aren't really sure if they're related or not) fight Starscream. It'd be stupid to run after him, you're flesh and bone and they're made of metal galore. You run to try and get home, it's late so the streets are pretty empty, other than an abandoned car, is that a lambo? Why would someone abandon such a nice car? Now that you think about it, there's a ton of abandoned things in your town, you should look into that. It's a red lambo, pretty seek, no doubt fast, no keys though. There's nobody around, this might be a bad idea, but you get in, closing the door, and immediately notice the Autobot symbol on the steering wheel, before you can say anything it's already driving itself to who knows where, how do you manage to keep finding these guys?

After what feels like forever, you and Eject, along with Blaster and the other cassettes that you decided might be a good idea to bring them with you, arrive at an abandoned mine, the entrance bigger than most cars even. "Let's just get what we need and get out, yeah..?"

"Agreed.."

You and Eject enter the mine, it's dark but Eject's light makes it easier to see by far, the further in you go the brighter it gets naturally and Eject can turn his light off. The cave is covered in glowing blue crystals which you can only assumed is energon.

"You uh, stay right here, I'm not entirely sure how safe it is for a human to mine energon.."

"Understandable.."

It's been a while since he mined energon, and he didn't have the proper tools either which made this harder, best he could hope for is the energon stayed stable while he took it out of the rock it was embedded in. After what felt like an anxious vorn, he got out a reasonable sized energon crystal. "Okay..! Bring Blaster over, this should be enough to where he can transform!"

You pull the small trolley over, it was much easier than carrying Blaster and his other cassettes. Eject picked Blaster up and took him quite a ways away from you, putting the crystal in a compartment and running over to you. "Eject why'd you take him so far-" You very quickly got your answer as the boombox became a robot significantly larger than you were, probably bigger than your house. "Holy fuck-"

"That's why I took him so far. Blaster's bigger than us, a lot bigger."

"I can see that.."

Blaster groaned, stretching his frame, he's been in his alt mode for way too long, his frame's sore. He looked over and smiled, waving at you and Eject, he's so happy to be able to move around again, he was stretching a lot to try and fix his soreness. "Good morning everybot, it is really nice to be back!" He smiled when Eject ran over, hugging him tightly.

He's huge, and all white because you still haven't put on his res coat from when you were painting him, makes him way easier to spot though, that and his size. He looks at you and walks over, which makes you freak out slightly, but he kneels down to your level which makes it was easier to talk to him by far. "Uh.. hey, Blaster.. sorry for snatching you up by the way."

"Don't be sorry lil note, you saved my frame more than you probably realize! Now that I think about it, I should try to contact Prime, or any Autobot really."

"Prime?"

"Yeah, Optimus Prime! He's the leader of the Autobots, and my boss, but he acts more like family to the Autobots than anything."

Blaster tried to comm Prime, but his signal wouldn't reach out, didn't have a good enough antenna to send out a signal as strong as he needed it to be, but too strong a signal would probably alert Decepticons, this was a bit of a problem. "Can't get a signal.."

Eject frowned, "So we might be stuck here then?"

"For now, yeah.. any ideas, lil note?"

You can't think of one right now, not a legal one at least, so you shake your head. You look at the other cassettes and frown, having them working would probably help Blaster, but you don't even know how you got Eject working in the first place. You remember rewinding him, and that seemed to rouse him from stasis, maybe it'd work for the other cassettes too. "Actually, would having more cassettes working help?"

"Maybe, but I'm not sure how we can do that right now-"

He watches as you pull out a writing utensil from the cart you had him and the other cassettes on, then you grab Steeljaw and began doing to him what you did to Eject before he came online. Low and behold, Steeljaw transforms, which startles you again but at least you aren't screaming. He picks up the confused Steeljaw before he can freak out and gently puts him beside Eject so he can explain everything, and the two of you repeat this process until all of his cassettes are online and functioning. He appreciates you a lot for what you've done for him and his cassettes, more than you probably know.

Okay, so Eject's an alien transforming robot from a planet called Cybertron, and he's an Autobot which is a good guy, supposedly. He also needs help fixing his language module, which you aren't sure how to do, and also the boombox you fund is his dad..? He wasn't clear, just said its name was Blaster and he shared a bond with him. This is a lot to take in, but you have the gist.

You seem lost, you're staring blankly at a wall, are you okay, is this normal for organics? Probably, he hopes at least because you aren't moving much. He gave you his language module to fix, have you noticed he gave you it, it's in your hand so you must know, right? You definitely know, because you put it on the desk and are now attempting to fix it, he trusts you but he's also super nervous you'll break it, you don't know much about Cybertronian tech, but it's surprising you fixed them in the first place.

This thing isn't too complex, just a few loose wires and two broken ones that are easy to replace, it doesn't even take you long to fix it, the problem is getting it back in him. "Alright, i think I got it working, now we just-" he snatched it before you can continue and put it in wherever it belonged, he was really fast at it. "Try and talk?"

"Do you understand me now?" Eject was hopeful and anxious, very very anxious.

"I do! I did it, it works!"

Yes! This makes everything way easier.."

"Tell me about it.."

Eject hugged you tightly, jumping up and down, excited. "There's so much I want to talk about! But uh, can we fix Blaster first?"

"He's not working?"

"He is just, he can't transform, he doesn't have the energy for it.."

"Well what do you guys eat?"

"Energon, but it's hard to make, especially since we lack supplies.. but, there should be an energon mine not far from here, my sensors are picking it up!"

"And this is safe?"

"Maybe!"

"That totally calms my nerves, alright, let's go get this energon stuff.."
