as for the scrapping of Pharoah during the comic Silent Redemption: it's important to write a script when you are creating a story (comic, story, book,…), so that it doesn't get too jarring or you end up losing focus on the main plot due to a specific story you wanna tell. though i get how difficult that can get, despite how useful of a tactic that is…

if i am allowed to ask, what exactly occurred to the previous moderator that helped you build Silent Redemption? it's a shame they are no longer a part of the creation, but i do wish them well, wherever they may be!!

what exactly has changed about the story since you first began developing it? an example of what my question means would be “was Pharoah (if i wrote their name correctly, my bad if i did, oopsie…) ever going to properly appear in the story, or was that only chosen after Silent Redemption became a fanfiction?”

Pharoah was originally made for Silent Redemption, we had a whole arc planned that run similar to his first apparience in chapter 14 (the owl being hurt and Finn covering his eye to hide his identity) were people would interact with him and ask questions and learn more about Finn's past.

I design him, planned his backstory, designed his partner and daughter and was drawing the rest of the squad who was designed by the other mod.

However we thought the story was losing focus by building the world this much. I got suggested to drop it entirely in order to not drag the story anymore, so I stopped. Besides, people wouldn't miss not having an oc be part of the story

Thanks to the fanfic being written just by me I could rescue the original idea and is currently in execution! I can't talk much about what was planned because is currently in execution, I hope readers like it!

I've just become an adult now, but I discovered and loved this blog in my younger years. I didn't have a tumblr account at the time, was never able to participate in sending in asks- but I drew these interpretations of Infinite and Gadget all the time. They felt very special to me, and I loved and cherished them so dearly. I understand that it seems you've been continuing the story in fanfic format? I'm very interested to see how it's taken.

Thank YOU for keeping this in your memory for so long! Silent Redemption is a very important project for me and it makes me SOOO happy to learn you enjoy it even without a tumblr account to interact, you saw it from afar and you enjoyed the character interpretations and that makes me super happy

Also yes! Due personal issues I couldn't continue the ask blog the way I wanted and it was kept in hiatus for a while. Now I am taking care of tell the story I wanted to tell in fanfic format, but I do want to draw the characters or some scenes- or finally share old art I made back in the day about the story
