life is for taking therapeutic walks and being in your own bubble and reading books in bed and drinking iced beverages and eating fruit and gaining new experiences and dozing in sunlight and finding love in everything and not letting guilt consume your life actually

idk who needs to hear this but get your ass up and start living the life you kept saying you wanted. chase the dreams you kept on dreaming about. don’t just write it down, go execute it.

Next year I’m really trying to be “too busy”. I’m taking multiple language courses, pole, Pilates and yoga classes. Reading books and going out and experiencing new things. I’ve spent the past two years being lonely now I want to enjoy being alone.

part of becoming confident with yourself is just… posting it anyway. writing it anyway. even if you feel like it won’t be recognized, the process is just as important as the results. if you like what you do and who you are that validation will come naturally. shit won’t feel forced either.
