He had thought somehow he could get away with not getting marked, that maybe he’d remain off of the radar and he could slip by. But of course he had to get his ass arrested and it immediately showed up he never got marked.Before he was allowed to leave after the charges were dropped he had been given his mark and every second it was on him he hated it. He sat on a curb outside of the pool hall sipping a beer and having a smoke, trying to ignore the itchiness of the fresh tattoo under his shirt.

it had been too long since sid had gotten to see fallon.. from what he’d heard, he’d been arrested, and since he hadn’t really seen him.. but now finally, from his living room window, he could see the familiar figure belonging to fallon across the road, in front of the pool hall.. sprinting over to is door he got his shoes and jacket on, and quickly walked down the stairs and out from his apartment building.. looking both ways before running across the road, and slowing back down as he heading towards where fallon was.. “fallon?!” he called out, smiling from ear to earl feeling his heart beating out of his chest

“Oh wow” Fallon smirked as he explained that his dad had been a pastor and it honestly weirdly made a lot of sense for him. He wasn’t really sure how to respond to something like that at first, it was basically the complete opposite as how he was brought up and that hit him a lot harder than he thought it would. “Well i’ve never understood religion” he scoffed, not really caring that his reaction could have came off as offensive. Fallon grabbed a slice of pizza and took a bite, wondering if Sid was going to ask him about his family, and what he would say about it.

sid looked at the other the second he heard the wow leave his lips.. he knew it was a lot.. and not a lot of people did when they learned who his dad was.. like how religion was a touchy subject for a lot of people, himself included.. “yeah no-- it’s okay.. you don’t have to..” he said very carefully after the others scoffed as he’d talked about his own views on religion.. figuing mentioning it in the first place probably wasn’t the smartest thing he’d done.. so as he watched the other grab some of the pizza he bit the inside of is cheek.. “-- what about you..?”

“.. well uhm, i don’t really have a type... im not really interested in dating and stuff... uknow.”

“… uhm. i haven’t had any of his hot dogs...” @fallonhexner

“– well yeah..”

“-- i mean maybe.. like there’s someone i wouldn’t be apposed to if it turned out they were it...” @fallonhexner

“-- i don’t really know..”

Fallon quickly changed into a pair of sweatpants and a different v-neck shirt and was just about to climb back into bed when he got a text. He grabbed his phone and read a text from Joe downstairs, letting him know that the pizza was there and how much he owed him for it. “I’ll be back in a minute” he called over his shoulder before walking downstairs for the food. He came back up with the pizza and opened the fridge and grabbed two beers before going back into his room. “Alright, we’ve got food and drinks now” he smiled as he sat down on his bed and grabbed the remote ordering the first Harry Potter movie and putting it on. He didn’t have the volume very high so he turned to Sidney to talk to him “so why don’t you tell me something about yourself”.

sidney wasn’t gonna lie, as he got to lay there, watching the other get changed a smirk grew onto his lips, he was really pleased with his view... if anything he was the one who was distracting.. biting the inside of his cheek awaiting him to return to the bed, but instead he watched him get his phone, before excusing himself as he walked out the door, and disappeared for a few moment, leaving him alone with his thoughts.. where things were finally kinda settling, the whole idea about sexuality was still weird but with fallon, he felt a lot more okay with it.. the two was an odd pair to begin with, like even if he’d been out, no way at no point could he’v imagined coming across, and connecting with someone like him.. just by looking at where he lived, and the place he surrounded himself, sid couldn’t have been more opposite.. then when a few moments had passed, the other finally returned, announcing that he had the food and the drinks, while getting the remove to fix something on the tv, putting on the movie before finally returning to the bed with him. sid then turned around so that he laid on his stomach, taking one quick glance at the tv screen before looking back at fallon, watching him as he spoke.. “something about me--? uhm, well my dad’s a priest, so im in church-- a lot.. i was home schooled my entire life cause apparently the public schools here aren’t conveying gods message, or something.. and i love movies.. and scented candles.. oh and i paint.. im not good or anything but-- i still try..”

Fallon smirked against his skin “no, we’ll watch a few” he responded lightly “I just can’t promise i’ll be focused on the movie the whole time, you’re horribly distracting to have around”. It was strange to him, Sidney and him were basically the definition of complete opposites, their lifestyles were totally different, and he wasn’t sure that Sid would approve of most of his life choices, but he couldn’t be more into him right now. He reluctantly pulled away from him and walked over to his dressed, he needed to get out of his jeans, he’d been in them all day and it was just uncomfortable at this point.

a lot of thoughts started running through sidney’s mind as he listened to everything fallon said, from saying they’d watch some of the harry potter movies, but making it rather clear that he kinda did have other things in mind--- all cause of him.. and how fallon found him distracting.. something that made him feel all kinds of things.. “guess we’ll just see how long you’re able to make it..” he smiled, while glancing over at him. it was still crazy really, as he wasn’t even sure in what world the two would’ve interacted had it not been for him moving next door to him.. the answer probably was never, but now that it had happened, he really couldn’t explain how happy he was... that he’d gotten to experience all the things he had, with him.. even if they weren’t soulmates.... at least it was open to be a thing for a little bit until either of their soulmates showed up.. or so he though at least. a few more moments passed, and the grip the other had on him loosened until she felt him leave his side completely, turning his head to see him get off the bed, and walk over to a dresser, leaving him on the bed alone again..
