I have a Siberian Husky that is 95 pounds and not fat at all. I have heard that pure Siberian Huskies cannot get this large? I know the owner got him as a puppy and have paperwork that both parents are Pure Siberian Huskies. Also I did a DNA test I got a Petco it came back as both parents pure Siberian Husky. Also my Husky is all white with blue eyes fixed male.
There are many variations within a single breed. Not all dogs are going to fit within what we normally perceive to be their standard structure, not to mention conformation structures. If your dog is 95 pounds, it is either overweight, mixed, or simply outside of the traditional breed standard. I would say you more than likely have a “pet” quality dog from which looks and adherence to the standard are unimportant. However, a reputable breeder would not have knowingly bred Siberians that got up to 95lbs, that is far too large even for unfixed males. These are long distance runners who need to be a tad lighter and tighter in frame. If your dog is otherwise healthy in body and mind you have nothing to fear, however.
I would also suggest against DNA tests, as they can be wildly inaccurate and also needlessly expensive. Paperwork, especially AKC, is very easy to fake or mislead buyers. I would say that you have a purebred {without images, etc it is obviously a guess} that is simply a larger boned variation of Siberian.

Hello everyone! It is your friendly neighborhood blogkeeper Morgan Sanchez! I am here today for some shameless and non-paid promotion of a great kennel called Keahi Siberian Huskies of Washington state!
I encourage everyone who is a fancier of the breed to like and support their Facebook page ! They are a stranger-friendly and work hard to answer questions about showing and working the breed. They are a great help for people who might be looking to add a Siberian to their family. Visit their website as well to get a little bit of background on my favorite Siberian kennel.
Also, the handsome guy in the picture is Keegan!

Sorry for the lack of updates, I have been super busy! But here is some OC! haha.
This is Tundra, the male Siberian Husky I met at Petapalooza at Rusch Park the other day. He was very well-mannered and sweet!
Tribute.
