I just read 'Shake Me Into the Night' and girl... wow. For some reason, the 2nd chapter almost sent me into a crying fit. Jordan is gone and Trent is all grown up now and it made me so emotional (TMI but it's also my time of month, which probably contributes to this), and the only word that captures it all is: Wow.

I saw that you said you're no longer an active fic writer which is a shame, but it is what it is. I hope you bless this fandom in the future.. but the fics you've given us, especially 'Shake Me Into the Night'... godsend.

hey anon! thank you so much for this message. tbh I orphaned the fic because it felt a little detached from what I've written afterwards, but I am still so, so fond of it. It was the first fic I've completed for any fandom. I wrote a lot of it on paper for some reason, and it was hell to type it up ahahah. So your message makes me really happy. Thanks for bringing back those memories!
