I get you are mad at me which is completely fair but these are at best half truths I was dating you while at 16 and I didn't even know you're actually age when dating. I thought you were old and I only found out because I checked your tumbler one day and saw your actual age.

Propaganda : rotom's dex entries talk about how it possesses electronic devices to cause trouble. fuzz is literally trapped in the confines of an electronic device (specifically a DSi) but is still able to tamper with the outside world, an ability he uses to, you guessed it, cause trouble :3 (also electric/ghost just seems like a very fitting type combo for fuzz tbh)
There even moree reasons that they would use them like that they were introduced in the ds generations of pokemon
