Saw a post where Bruce learns how to take care of babies from Alfred, and I realized, Alfred actually never took care of a baby. Like, he left Marie with baby Julia, and, despise some sassy lines he has said to Bruce, he did not take care of baby Bruce, as it is not the job of a butler (a butler is the chief of the help, he is not going to do the job of a maid), and in some continuities, he came to work for the Wayne after Bruce was born. And, sure, he does tasks for Bruce that butlers don't normally do, but that's because he became Bruce's guardian.

Anyway, Bruce did not learn how to take care of babies from Alfred, who probably was himself never taught how to take care of a baby, as he is from a generation where it was seen as a woman's job and he never took care of a baby.

In conclusion: Bruce is doing a far better job than Alfred has ever done. It's not perfect, but it comes from a sincere, and genuine heart and that's all that matters.
