As much as the JL may be dumb in the way humans tend to be when they aren’t thinking too hard about it they’re all still extremely smart and even smarter than Batman a majority of the time.

I do like the idea of Batman acknowledging it unintentionally during or while planning missions. He knows he’s about as smart as technology goes and that he’s constantly named the worlds greatest detective but he only really acknowledges it when he can remind everyone that he wouldn’t be the world greatest detective if he didn’t know how to utilize his teams strengths.

Examples being that when they mention him being a detective he says he lays out the ground work and when he can find the time he ask Superman(the guy who’s job it is to be an actually journalist) to do a bit more digging in ways he can’t both in and out of the suit.

He’s well versed in Greek mythology but he’ll never be as good and the Wonder Woman who knows truths and more about said mythos. He’ll always go to her before he decides to go forward with whatever plan he has based on what little research currently found for them.

Flash is an actual forensics expert and Batman at the end of the day will ask for his opinions on what methods someone who works in forensics may actually do. Like how would you properly find out the cause of death when the blood splatters almost seem planted and such.

Batman can admit that without the knowledge Hal provides on Alien life forms via his rings or the Green Lantern Corps he’d be useless beyond what his own skills and deduct. Theres way more but he acknowledges that without everyone on the team’s individual knowledge the Justice League would be pretty useless. But because he’s emotionally constipated he’d probably never admit it directly to their faces.

Though one of the thing he speaks better than most do them is money. 😛

I do hate that they tend to make Batman the smartest in the room. Even though ik I do it unintentionally but try to fix it by saying it’s just the humanity in all of them peeking through because when you know a guy for so long while also knowing very little about him you don’t really question too much? I’ll be better with it but I do hate when they make him the smartest in the room. A lot of team ups would be better if they did have Batman obviously need help from someone more skilled in certain things and then he brings someone into the fold by an inch before he allows them to take a mile an such.
