No, but honestly, guys, if you follow me, I get a lot of follows every single day, so sometimes I genuinely don't notice when someone follows me. Recently, a lot of people have been interacting with my content, and of course, when you like or reblog something that I posted, I go check your page.

And sometimes I'm like, "Oh my God, this person is a Black writer!" Or, "They're Black, and their content is actually so cool." Or even just what they reblog is really interesting to me. So I follow them, and then it says "mutuals," meaning they've been following me this whole time and I had no idea.

And I'm like, oh my God, imagine how long this person has been following me and I wasn't following them back. I wish I had known so I could've followed them back sooner.

So please, I'm asking y'all, if you're a Black writer, or you're Black, don't be afraid to DM me or ask for a follow back. If you've been following me and I haven't followed you back, PLEASE tell me. I swear I'm not intentionally ignoring you. I genuinely might not have noticed.

And now, don't let this be another situation where people are pretending to be Black for clout. I will find you in real life and pop you in your mouth. 

But seriously, especially if you're a Black writer, please don't be afraid to reach out. I know it might feel embarrassing or weird to ask somebody to follow you back, but I swear, come on guys. I wanna make some more Black mutuals.
