1958 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham

Harley Earl oversaw the design and production of the Brougham. 304 were hand-assembled for 1958, with a brushed stainless steel roof, rear-hinged rear doors, self-leveling air suspension, memory power seats, and a glovebox vanity set stocked with perfume and magnetized tumblers.

1963 Chrysler 300J

Chrysler 300's letter series skipped the letter I entirely, since it could be confused with the number one, so 1962's 300H jumped straight to 1963's 300J. For the first and only time between 1957 and 1965, the letter series offered no convertible, just a single hardtop coupe body. Chrysler also built fewer of them than any other letter car, just 400 units, rarer than the 809 300Ds from 1958 or the 647 300Es from 1959.

Ironically, it had the highest standard horsepower yet: a 413 cubic-inch long-ram V8 making 390 horsepower. The cabin lost some flash, with the fancy Astradome dashboard gone, swivel bucket seats removed, and a square steering wheel.
