Just Server Problems

So last night the closing server and myself were just wrapping up an epic rush, standing at our terminals. She had just ran outside to pull her car around the front and when she came back in and sort of ran up to her last table to take his check, she was out of breath. He brings it back to her and asks, "Did I do something to make you mad?" We're flustered and confused... And insist that she was just out of breath from running to her car... He doesn't say anything and left her a $12 tip on $20??

What ruins my day is when I do a large party with someone and the guests pulls one of us aside to shit talk on the other server. "Is this her first time serving? Because we really don't like her as much." Like we're supposed to take it as a compliment that they hate the other person more than us. And then they leave a bad tip proving that they probably hated us both.
