single adult problems: when u need to freeze a lot of food bcos otherwise you won’t be able to eat it all before it goes back but you’re a single adult living in a flatshare so you only have 1 tiny freezer drawer. :/

looking at recipes like, how can I scale this down to 1 portion?? maybe I could scale it down to 2 and have the other half for lunch the next day. will it re-heat? i’d have to buy a lot of *ingredient* & just use one spoonful, I don’t think I’ll be able to eat the rest before it goes bad. can’t make that ig.
