i mostly just learned as i went, i downloaded a lot of tuned and untuned vsqx's and tried messing around with parameters, nothing special really, just a lot of trial and error. eventually i got used to it. starting out, i used audacity but then i switched over to fl studio because it's a good place for me to get used to making songs
