Meanwhile you guys can get the updated game from other pirates just fine i'd start with fitgirl but there are alot of people who repack the sims 4 game with updates and DLCs

Fitgirl is a pretty solid alternative its what i used for 2 years straight before i knew Anadius existed

Hey everyone! I am currently helping someone who is brand new to simming along with learning how to find and use CC.

They're really excited and also blown away by the sheer volume of things available.

Because I am not so great at the CAS side of simming I wanted to ask the community, my followers, my mutuals, what are your favorite CAS things for making your sims that work with the current game? Especially skin details and body / face sliders!

I used these things a long time ago, but now I have absolutely no idea what to recommend as far as what has been kept up to date, aside from a few things that I use which I've already directed them to.

i hate base maxis feet, literally any foot replacement is better. i use jius default, only issue with default foot replacements is that all your socks are now toe socks but honestly worth lmao

kijiko's eyebrow replacements and remove ea eyelashes are also great: https://kijiko-catfood.com/eyebrow-ver2/ ((sidenote their hairs are also goated))

anything from northernsiberiawinds, euuno, obscurus, and magicbot for presets. depending on what kind of sim aesthetic your friend likes, sansan/asan/333 and maya have presets and details that are more eastern style

hard to go wrong with hair. my personal faves are usamaru, miiko, and zao

pralines DIY eye kit is super fun but you really need a cas mod to stop zoom ins and make them stand still because it uses tattoo slots. https://www.patreon.com/posts/di-eye-diy-eye-34678649

on that note i do recommend a stand still in cas mod regardless cause the random lil movements and noises get real old real fast. i use northernsiberawinds again, but theres plenty out there with a bunch of poses.
