SO it did not end with Minho, of course it did not.
Since I was already in Taiwan, why not fly to Korea right? So there I went…
I managed to get relatively good seats for the 2 days I was attending for, and what I liked was that the casts were completely different from the 2 days. And my seats were in different areas too. The first day in the middle, the 2nd further to the right but much closer to the stage. Personally, I like the middle seat better. Jinki has a lot of scenes from the middle of the stage, it really feels like he is staring at you (even though it’s quite impossible with how pitch black the audience portion of the hall is). But the closeness of the 2nd stage, I could see like wrinkle lines and everything 😂
I’ll hold my reservations on the other cast members but I do have my own preferences for who stood out more to me. Jinki did absolutely amazing of course. His condition was better the 2nd day then the 1st, and to sit at on the 5th row when he is on a good condition, yea I was literally at the edge of my seat. I held my breath when he did that long high note but he nailed it.
The first time I watched it, I cried so much, and Jinki tends to come out just after the emotional scenes so I’m there in tears questioning why Jinki picks that moment to enter the stage 🤣
His scenes are very powerful as you can guess from all the sword scenes. He has a very powerful image even though there are some funny parts for his character too. I loved watching his facial expression when I had that closer seat. You know that smug look, or the judging look he always puts on. It was so so cute. (He had an abs slip yesterday ahdhsjs he was doing one of those jump turning kick and opps that shirt went up and I laughed 🤣)
The moment the performance ends and curtain calls, it’s like watching the switch of onew to jinki. He turns into this cute little bean
And he waves and makes cute little finger hearts. The first day it was very clear that the hall was mostly filled with shawols so he did 2 finger hearts. The 2nd day had many jcw fans so he was more subdued, just waving cutely with two hands. But both days had loud cheers for him 🥰🥰🥰
My heart. I wrote nonsense in there because I was rushing through it during intermission but ahhgejs. I wrote a better letter for day 2 but because he was having an afternoon show, it seems the crew stayed for the night show and I had to rush off for my flight 😞.
It’s just funny to me that I wrote jinki oppa in the letter but in the video you can hear me clearly going ‘Jinkiyahhh’ 🤣
