It's been a very long time since I last posted on my blog. EXO's comeback made me want to do it because I find this comebackโฆ disappointingโฆ The warmth and passion that the group has always given us are missing. This is largely due to the absence of Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin. You can feel the absence of their voices.
Their absence is keenly felt. Kyungsoo, of course, still has his magnificent voice, but he can't be the only powerful voice in the group.
Chanyeol is still the same as ever with his powerful rap. Sehun doesn't have enough presence, and Lay is practically nonexistent. We were hoping for an OT9, but we got an OT6 that became an OT5 because Lay isn't participating in any live events, and that's truly sad. So, this comeback is a mixed bag. I've loved them since their debut; they'll always have a special place in my heart, but they deserved much better than this comeback. I didn't understand the addition of their tree of lifeโฆ Nostalgia?
I'm going to watch their live performances and hope they win some awards because they must have been under a lot of pressure and they're very hard-working guys.
