Grief Support Network: Spiritual Self-Care and Intention Setting for Your New Year

GSN offers the community an empowered approach to healing after a loss, and we invite you participate in our monthly, donation-based gatherings that provide transformational tools, movement practices to access body wisdom and a sense of wholeness, all within a community forum to share, learn and grow together. To kick start 2015, Lisa Hunter of Sacred House will be guiding us in a chant, meditation and intention setting practice for the New Year. Spend a night getting in tune with your inner story teller. A theme is given on the site of Story Slam Boulder (link provided); from there, you bring a story to tell that is true and from the heart (or the funny bone!). Telling a story is NOT mandatory, so no pressure.
