Asriel/Flowiel is like if Flowey suddenly grew his Asriel body back because the raw power from breaking the barrier after his fight was enough to linger around and give him a second chance, but he’s not the same person he used to be. And it sucks! He’s having a hard time coping! Afterwards, Chara, who never left and was the narrator, is simply too determined to pass on and doesn’t want to give up, but they make a mistake with the determination procedure and they get. Goopy. They kind of turn into a fucked up beast falin dunmeshi style and run off and the extended monster family goes after them to calm them down and bring them home. And only after they realize that they need to forgive themselves and their family loves them, their goopy fucked up form sloughs off and they reemerge as a monster! A little imp thing like Jevil or the Snowdin mask npc! Which I need to redesign.
