Do you have any scenarios to script for maze runner??n
I haven’t had a Maze Runner DR for a while but here are some I scripted back when I did:
1: Finding dumbass shit to do and showing it to the others
Basically my main trio in MR was me, Thomas, and Newt. We were smart in our own ways, but together we were the stupidest people in the glade. Essentially we would either be extremely irresponsible or we would find something we would think was fun but was actually stupid and present it to the rest of the glade.
I love Gally, I really do. But what I did was script that while he was still in the Glade, he was the type of person to be like “when I get mad I see red👹.” On top of that, I made him the most sassy and dramatic mofo in the entire glade.
3: The gladers keep track of the days they’re actually in the maze depending on the season.
I know we don’t see seasons in the movies or the novels but I would not be able to handle full on heat the entire times. Yes, I know the story is following a solar flare that caused “the flare” virus but regardless, I’d be grumpy asf if I had to be in 24/7/265 HEAT. So I scripted that the virus was found another way. Anyway, back to my point, the first person who was ever put in the glade began to keep track of the days depending on when they came in. And their birthday would sort of be like the day they came to the glade since they can’t remember their birthdays anyway. Then they celebrate it when night comes and they’re all around the fire.
4: More jobs throughout the glade
We already see the useful jobs that everyone has. Medic, cook, runner, etc and they all have their own names. But what about those that don’t have any specific skills or just flat out refuse to do whatever job suits them the best? I put more jobs in like entertainers, artists, bartenders, teachers for the younger gladers, etc. Just more extensive jobs the make the place more bearable.
There are frequently prank wars around the glade(it’s a bunch of teenagers stuck in a maze what do you expect) with Chuck starting the majority of them. Kind of like how it was briefly explored in the novels.
6: There are pockets in the maze.
I scripted there are little pockets in the walls or the ground in the maze to protect gladers from the grievers should they ever get trapped. Of course, they’re still not completely safe. But it’s better than nothing. And they’re covered by vines.
