Sheyri Doodles

So, I work in retail at checkout. For returns, people have to fill out a few lines and sign, but the surface of the table thingy isn't really good for writing. So we have this little piece of carton to put beneath.

To prevent it from getting thrown out, we write the purpose on it. It started out innocent enough, but since I get bored and my boss doesn't mind me getting creative with that sort of thing (in fact, she finds it funny), things got a little out of hand at some point.

Example: "I'm one of the last of my kind! If you try to abduct me, things will be thrown at you!"

Original; acrylic and marker on paper (oooo, I sound so fancy). Lesson learned, either don't colour the background, or do it first. Who would've thunk. I cleaned it up a bit in GIMP, which does look better, but also weird.

And now we get to Nic's hand. FUCKING HANDS! I hate them! First I broke Nic's wrist multiple times (I don't have a picture of the worst), then I gave him a claw, and too long fingers. Finally I managed to make it look human.
