Overthinking, causes us to miss out on a lot of good things. You wish you could be like your friends who just say and do what they want. But you're not. You wish you could be one of those people who are so confident they can walk up and talk to anyone. You wish you were one of those people who would be themselves around people they don't know. But people have to get to know you to see who you actually are. I mean that's not a bad thing but it's kinda hard to let anyone get to know you because you're one of those people who just hold onto a few friends and don't let anyone else in. After all, you are afraid that the moment they get to know you, the moment you feel the happiest, they will walk away from you. Overthinking everything just makes you sad at the end of the day. The thoughts in your head are racing, making you panic, making you feel vulnerable, making you scared. How can someone be bothered with every little thing. For a moment, you feel like you had it till here and can't take it anymore. But suddenly you see a spark, a reason to be alive and full of life. It hurts when people so close to your heart just walk away. But remember pain makes us strong and unexpected pain even more stronger. It brings growth and change. Change can be scary.
