So today is the day I’m going via plane to my dying grandfather. Plane to him is 5.5hrs and plane home is 9.25hrs. To have more time and not be distracted I am going to delete my social media apps from my phone before getting into the car to the airport.
That being said, I don’t leave for the airport for another 8 hours. Plenty of time to download some fics for the plane rides. Send me recommendations please!

Do you know how annoying it is that every time I see a criticism or the Christopher Nolan Odyssey movie, I have to check if it's a reasonable person or like, Nazitron1488ss or whatever. In a just world I should be a lazy, uncritical backseat hater, lying on my fat ass and scrolling thru Twitter, snickering and liking every negative review. But no: I can't do that. For the most part, the chud tweets are pretty obvious and easy to block, but other times it's tricky, it passes for run-of-the-mill haterism until you look at the comments and-- THERE!! He's responding to guys with PUNISHER ICONS. It's a close call sometimes!! You have to be careful!! You accidentally misclick a Like on a tweet that's like "More like Christopher No-LAME!!" and suddenly you're getting ads for cookware by some company called For The Replenishment of the White Race. IT'S NOT FAIR!! LET ME BE A HATER IN PEACE. I'M NOT AFFILIATED WITH YOU GHOULS.

More fluffy scare actor Simon thoughts for Monday morning blues:
• Simon’s pet names for Grace are “Sunshine”, “Cara Mio”, and “Boo” (Grace walks super quiet so he just pops in and scares Simon quite a bit). Grace’s pet names for Simon are “Moonlight”, “Love”, and “Mon Chéri”.
• Grace mentions to Simon that his school needs to fund raise money to keep their curricular GSA and science clubs. Simon adds big donation jars at the admissions of the haunt and ask people to donate on the haunt’s social media. Grace brings Simon dinner just after the jars go out and he's just standing at the entrance, crying at the sight of the overflowing jars full of dollar bills. - Thanks to @queerwyrd for this one!
•Jody was offered to direct a horror movie and instead of doing the typical casting recommendations, she uses some of the actors and the makeup/sfx team from the haunt to help get their name out there. Simon volunteers to do this and Grace gets to see his brother (Colt has a part in the movie as a zombie or smth), sister-in-law, and his boyfriend at the same time
•Simon and some of the other actors are invited to go to a tattoo convention to compete in a body art competition that’s a few hours drive from their town and he invites Grace to go along because he needs a small vacation. They carpooled with a couple of the other people from the haunt so Simon and Grace are able to sit together. They share a blanket, headphones, and eventually Grace falls asleep leaning on Simon’s shoulder
• Grace and Simon’s dates consist of: cozy nights in with a blanket fort, movie, and dinner; Grace going to the haunt to see Simon and the teens working (they all love Grace); stargazing/garden dates
• Suggestive hc 👀 After they’ve been together for a while, Grace leaves hickeys on Simon’s chest and they’re extremely noticeable. Simon ends up forgetting about them and when he goes into the haunt he hears giggles from some of the teens. One of the makeup artists tells him why and he knows Grace is going to be there so he asks them to not cover them. When Grace sees them, he gets really embarrassed and tries to apologize but Simon just grins.

So Libby has AI-generated book tags now and apparently Spanish lessons are "exotic" and "primitive" according to that. So that's probably not a good sign.
That should probably be directly reported. That's just egregious.

this may be library-specific, my library system is not showing those tags on any spanish lessons. maybe your library system opts-in to ai tags? i'd try reaching out to them honestly
