Please Don't Judge Me..
Prior to falling pregnant I was an avid runner and my midwife has advised I don't run especially during the first trimester - now I know a lot of people have been told otherwise but I am just not that keen to jeopardise anything, I'm sure you'll understand.
But what that did instead was depress me somewhat and I let my good eating habits go and I, in the end, did nothing.
Now, 4 weeks on and I've easily gained, I feel lethargic and so uncomfortable from over-eating and need to get my act together.
This is probably the most important time to maintain health and even fitness, so with that in mind, I need to get my pregnancy fitness on - here's where I ask you not to judge me.
I don't plan to diet, it's just about eating better and exercising, or at least being more active. Â The benefits of doing this will be huge.
I just want to feel good again :)
