Mr. Sherman Robinson started The CleanUP Guys in the late 1990’s as a small residential carpet cleaning company serving the downtown Chicago and North side of Chicago areas, including the Gold Coast and Bucktown. We soon offered steam carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning to both residential and commercial establishments. Starting with just one machine and working very hard to please each customer we received, we have now grown into a larger entity with a few crews out helping customers meet the challenges they face when disaster strikes. After dealing with carpet cleaning issues from spots, stains and odors, we eventually saw a lot of water leaks, pipe bursts, backups from toilets and sewer, and thus it became feasible to learn how to handle these types of water losses. Training was in order for the company and its staff to learn how to properly handle these assignments with the right equipment and the proper chemicals where necessary.
