Charles only wants pay back for offend of being called Frenchman. Do something he not used to do with Max, something to shock him a little. Man comes to him with question about romantic friendship, man deserve to be treating like he is in one of them. Smiling soft, he goes closer to Max, Max makes a step backward, Charles goes on and drives him against the wall. He bends closer and kisses Max’s left cheek.

"Salut, mon ami"

When he kisses the right cheek he fells how hot it become.

Charles is spending his time so good he barely can believe in that : Dutch driver came to his hands by his own. Literally, right now, his palms on other’s waist, holding to not let other go away. Forget about shame to be called French. He thinks he should thanks Max for coming to him with that question. He would if he wasn’t sure that Max will run away as he heard that.

"Come on, bebé, tell me what you thinking about, you not look at me and haven’t say a word since I greet you"

Red-cheek Dutch driver, even jump a little. He can’t believe that adult man with some muscles and more than some hair on face can look so embarrassed and ablush.

"That’s not how we greetings, Charles! You kissed me! Few times and without warning! We used to do hug or handshake, not–"

Charles comes closer and hugs Max, pulls him as close as possible. Max silents and goes red even more. He just complains but still lets Charles do whatever he wants. He even holds onto Charles in thoughtless attempt to find comfort. Charles adores this trust.

Usually Max looks very confident and calm and he can remember years when he looks shrinked like he trying to defense himself, now… he looks so overtly. Cheeks and ears are hot and pink, the gaze darts around avoiding eye contact. Charles feels like he allowed to see something that others can’t. He knows it’s not nice to stare on somebody’s face, but he won’t spend a moment of that view. He wants more.

"You’re right, that’s my shame, all my, how can I fix it? Maybe let’s start from the beginning?"

"I won’t be mad if you push my face in your bed"
