“You can attach the feathers to the staff using things like wire or even leather or string, put cool things like beads or carved charms. Then you carve out symbols or patterns into the staff and fill them with ink. I’ve heard scorching tends to be a better way of keeping the patterns visible for longer periods since the ink can wash away or smudge when you’re fighting.”

“Well that would be the plan, but I don’t know what kind of rock you had in mind so it might not work out like I think it will. Some rocks just aren’t fit to be accessories.”

“Theoretically, I think you could fight with them. Besides using the hammer as an obvious choice, keep it as a back up or use it to smash the rock into smaller pieces. Well I mean if the rock is large and all then you could probably bust it down to smaller sizes, then use the wire to tie around the rock and secure it the best you can.”

Finished Tales of Zestiria, can’t decide if I’m happy or sad over the ending though.

Okay but imagine Seraph’s given quirky little things because of natural disasters or changes in the environment like when it rains Mikleo just gets kind of tired or when big earthquakes happen Edna gets really clumsy and smashes everything. I know its not really something that can happen, but just, imagine it like Forest fires make Lailah hungry and Zaveid gets rowdier as it gets windier.

Sorey doesn’t think twice about asking the question to the robbed person who had the misfortune of walking alongside him and catching his attention. Moments before he’d be staring, looking at the mask and trying to decide if it was for secrecy or possibly something they wore because of tradition or some kind of promise? He had read that in some cultures masks had been used to scare off evil spirits, so maybe that’s what they used it for?
