*disclaimer: this might not work if you have a generalized anxiety disorder as well or if you suffer from intense debilitating anxiety regularly to the point you can't even calm down
Anyways now to the tip/method:
Use logic & facts.
Research the things you're scared of so you can logically explain to your brain with facts how to navigate your obsessions.
Like germs for example, research how long they stay alive or float in the air, how much of them are actually harmful.
If you have pure ocd, you don't even need to research, just remember that as long as you're disturbed by the thought, it's not a thought that you agree with. It disturbs you thus it doesn't define you.
And now for the acting part, when you're in a situation that triggers your ocd regularly, (like it's a trigger you're very well aware of it always happens), make the deliberate conscious choice not to stress about it (you're still gonna feel stressed but it's the role you're playing that matters), handle the situation exactly like a normal person without ocd would.
And here's the backbone of all of this: prioritize your survival over irrational fears.
For example:
Touching the doorknob is not a direct threat to your survival, you're not gonna die. Your skin is a great barrier for germs.
The reason why you're able and allowed to bypass ocd by acting like a normal person, is because both you and that person without ocd are not going to die from what your ocd makes you fear.

If you don't have ocd, and you're not sure but you suffer from intrusive thoughts.
Practice detachment:
-it disturbs you, and that proves that it isn't you, and you don't agree with it (pure ocd)
-acceptance (if you're already traumatized and have seen horrible things it'll be easy to just accept it and let the thought be)
-don't engage with it, analyze it, or argue with it, the thought scientifically has exactly 90 seconds firing time, if you can just sit with the discomfort for those 90 seconds (or redirect your focus to something else or something physical), eventually the neurological pathway will expire and that intrusive thought will stop coming up in your mind

What does this have to do with loa? Not much. I just wanted to help out others with ocd the way I saved myself because my blog specifically caters to the people that the general Loa community doesn't, people who live in debilitating circumstances, with horrible conditions that can't just be ignored with "circumstances don't matter".

the thoughts are simply neurons firing in your brain.
You decide what's valid and what's not. Choose wisely.

You're already manifesting. You've already been manifesting your whole life. You're already doing it.
So why is it that when it's time to learn to consciously manifest what we desire, that all of a sudden it is something we have to learn?
You're already doing it.
Instead of dissecting how, let's focus on how to manifest your goals/desires, in the way you've already been manifesting your whole life.
When you're using a manifestation method, notice how it feels.
Here are some symptoms of not using a method that's natural to you/
Signs you should stop using the method you're currently using;
•You feel genuinely exhausted
•Headaches from doing it
(this doesn't apply to subliminals, frequencies, morphic fields and anything of that sort. it just means that you should stop playing the audio temporarily, NOT stop using subliminals, frequencies etc. altogether)
•You feel like you HAVE TO do it or else you won't get what you want
•You feel like you HAVE to constantly repeat it
•It feels uncomfortable, unnatural, not easy, not automatic, you really have TO TRY and FORCE yourself to do it
•You can't do it for too long, it makes you feel stressed out and exhausted instead of fulfilled
•You constantly waver, no matter how hard you try and for how long you've been doing it, you ended up wavering, or spiraling on multiple occasions and it's really hard to come back from
•At this point you feel like you're not ever gonna get your desire
•You keep changing methods because your method doesn't feel right, the method just doesn't feel right and you find it hard to stick to it (because you won't have to stick to a method for too long before you manifest what you want, if it's THE RIGHT ONE)
These symptoms/signs appear the most among people who have chronic illness, anxiety, depression, ocd, and general neuro divergence, but can also happen to normal people, less symptoms/signs will apply to them though.
Here are signs that you're using the right method;
°You feel genuine joy, satisfaction or enjoyment from doing it = it's fun
°You WANT TO do it, you genuinely have a desire to do it= it feels as if you really like doing it
°It becomes more comfortable, natural and automatic to you overtime = it easily becomes your new automatic state of being/mindset/thought
°You eventually feel like you don't have to do it anymore (= you've already become the person who has your desire)
°It makes you feel calmer, instead of anxious about your goal or desire (desperation/anxiety/stress/urgency calms, simmers down)
°You genuinely believe you will get your desire, or you feel like you already have it even though you don't see it. You could also feel like it's sure to happen.
°You got 'movement' in your reality, BUT **a very important but** :
You didn't feel excited about getting breadcrumbs from your reality, you were more looking forward to the whole thing manifesting & you just glossed over the movement in the 3D. (detachment +/ fulfilled internally)
°What you wanted manifested and you weren't too surprised by it.
°It didn't take long
(as in it didn't take more than a month, it didn't take 3 years)
°FINAL SIGN: manifesting this way was really pleasant & or enjoyable for you and YOU'D love to do it again/ bet on doing it again, because now you've formed a belief that this method works.

Bonus sign for the people suffering:
•°If you were having a difficult time in your life/ felt suicidal, hopeless, miserable, gloomy, down about life, all of a sudden you feel like you're in a better mood, or like life is "worth living" all of a sudden, or instead of it being sudden, it happened overtime and your outlook and mood about life has become better. you just feel genuinely happier and calmer. (When you felt the opposite before)
That's a major sign that you're using the right method.
Now what's the right method?
What you're already doing!
You're someone that daydreams alot & has a vivid imagination?
Which method is the best for you?
YOU GUESSED IT!
It's visualising and any type of method that has to do with visualising/imagining.
But if,
You're someone who can't visualise for sh*t.
But you do think thoughts like we all, or well.. most of us do,
Your method is obviously:
AFFIRMATIONS.
Now this is alot more nuanced than just affirming...
FYI* thinking = affirming.
But there are so many ways to do it. (So MaNy WayS tO tHiNk)
And this is where self awareness or simply; paying attention to the way you already think, comes in.
Maybe you're someone that talks to themselves in their brain alot, like you do it on autopilot.
(if you're not that someone, scroll past this section. it ends in green text)
What you'll do is:
integrate your goals into your mental conversations.
You're gonna talk to yourself exactly how you normally would, but now talking about the fact that you got your desires.
and if you're someone that does storytelling while talking to yourself in your head: Then now You tell the story about you getting your manifestations.
And because when you tell a story, it's already in the past,
this will be "affirming" in past tense about your desires. Fastest & most instant way to have it already done.
IN A WAY THAT'S ALREADY NATURAL TO YOU.

(skip this section if you're someone that doesn't want to WORK with negativity, and would like to be a positive happier person instead,
& I would recommend/suggest also skipping this if you have ocd, specifically; the type of ocd where you have magical superstitious thinking. )
If you're someone that constantly overthinks everything, you're skeptical, logical. You have alot of anxiety and stress, and you overanalyze and really overthink everything!
Then what you're gonna do is,
Overthink about having your desires.
Like "Ohhh here's a new problem."
"Hereee we go again."
(really helps if you're a pessimist)
When you're someone that overthinks a lot, it means you have a lot to overthink.
And even if there wasn't anything to overthink, you'd find something.
You notice all the flaws or threats in everything in life. If you're a pessimist you'll notice the flaws and the threats. If you're not that pessimistic you'll be more focused on the threats.
This is what you already do to manifest. This is how you naturally think.
So what you're now gonna do is overthink as if you already have your desires and now there's something you have to worry about, that relates to your desire.
Be a little careful with this..
But anyway, here are some examples:
You want to manifest a date with your SP?
Worry about what you're gonna wear, where it's gonna be, how you're gonna act-
Here's the key to being careful with this (as I mentioned before);
DON'T worry about something that you WOULD mind.
You wouldn't mind worrying about what you're gonna wear right? that's totally normal.
Taking this method too far is, for example:
Thinking/worrying that the date is not gonna go well.
In that case you manifest the date, but you manifest it not going well.
That's taking it a little too far...
But if you don't mind that and, you just want the date, no matter what? Then you do you I guess.
So keep that in mind, don't overthink something that you would ACTUALLY mind happening.
No more examples. Because you're an overthinker I know you can overthink this method, and come up with so many things to overthink about, about having your desire.
NEXT

So since I told the positive people & paranoid people to skip that last section, lets adress y'all.
So I'll adress the paranoid people first, because they're paranoid and in a rush.
(skip this if you want to get to the next section, it ends in big orange text)
This is another 'dangerous' method, just don't overdo it.
Be paranoid about the fact that you now have your desires.
For example if you wanna manifest getting rich? Now start being paranoid mentally think in the way you would, after manifesting being rich and being paranoid now.
Here's a thought; "I'm rich now, so I have to act poor so I don't get robbed, or for people to not take advantage of me."
Promise me you'll think a little better than this when you actually manifest being rich.
But as a paranoid person, I'm very sure. You can think of many other ways to be mentally paranoid like a rich paranoid person. Got it? So next example:
Desired appearance/being extra attractive or beautiful or handsome or whatever.
Ways to be paranoid about this: "Now everybody's gonna stare at me and gawk at me because I'm so beautiful/handsome."
"My parents/friends/family/peers/classmates are gonna wonder how my "xyz" changed, and they're probably gonna think I had plastic surgery, or that something's wrong with me. People are gonna whisper and stare. My friends will think it's fake. Etc. etc."
ANYTHING you can think of at this point.
"Now I'm not gonna be able to trust my friends anymore because my beauty/glow up can attract jealousy and envy."
"She/He only said that cause He/She's jealous me."
"They're just mad that I'm "xyz"/ I have "xyz" and they're not/ they don't."
you get the point.
It's a very dangerous manifestation method but not for you, barely at all. Because you're already paranoid. *Basically don't try this if you're normal and not paranoid.
This method is about getting what you want while still being you,
THE MOST NATURAL WAY YOU CAN POSSIBLY MANIFEST.

(skip this if you're not really a positive thinker, and you're not big on optimism, this section ends in a big blue text. )
Okay you don't want to WORK with negativity, well then,
let's work with positivity, or at best, who you mentally already are.
If you're someone positive, not always miserable, and still optimistic when something goes wrong. Manifesting your desires might be easier for you. The only thing. that could make it hard is not really understanding manifestation.
So I won't give you a method.
Your mind is already made for thinking in your favor.
We're here to manifest what we want right? And we're all already manifesting. Alot of us manifested a life that could use some tweaks, or alot of changing. But either way, we are here to manifest specifically: our goals and desires. And when you're negative, you're mindset isn't going to be wired to think in your favor so you have to tweak it just right, to get what you want.
Meanwhile positive, optimistic people are genuinely already thinking in their favor. They don't really have to tweak anything. Just watch out.
Here are the warnings I'll give:
Do NOT over consume law of assumption, or law of attraction content.
Don't let somebody else dictate how you should manifest, you need to come to your own conclusion on how you're gonna do it. Come to your own conclusion on how you manifest your desires, because it's your reality.
Another thing..
I've noticed that people who are positive or optimistic,
Think in a way, that isn't necessarily manifesting their desires,
But manifesting happiness and contentment instead.
To manifest your desires, go from seeing the silver lining, to: LITERALLY ANY (positive) AFFIRMATION you can think of.
And remember we're in the thinkers not visualisers section here. But if you're a positive thinker that can visualise, visualise too.
Can't think of anything else I would need to warn positive people against.
Actually, except for poison.
Stay away from poison.
The poison I'm talking about = the opposite of the type of person you are/mindset you have, which is: negativity.
Genuinely stay away from content like that. Don't poison your mind.
You have a beautiful mind. If you ever consume content that a person makes, let it be a person that isn't negative, or overly pessimistic.
Yup that's it for y'all.

Intrusive thoughts.
The most miserable of them all.
If there's one thing I'll tell you about intrusive thoughts, it's that they're tricks. Bloody god forsaken tricks. (When you have ocd)
Your ocd will target whatever you're insecure about or scared of.
To win, lose the weakness that it's targetting.
Or accept what's happening. Don't fight back. Let intrusive thoughts happen without giving them a reaction. That is the best thing you can possibly do.
But ocd is also an anxiety disorder.
There is anxiety and stress that nudges you to give it a reaction.
The reactions or should I say.. compulsions, are to ease the stress.
But that never happens does it? It's like an itch that keeps itching even after you've itched it until it bleeds.
Okay that's a lot of psychological advice and description. Let's get into what to do with this, when you're manifesting, manifesting your desires specifically.
Let's focus on the tricks:
Your ocd will give you nightmarish thoughts about your desires, if you're emotionally attached to them, obsessed with them, insecure about them. If your desire that you are manifesting is in a way... your 'weakness', as in, you are not fulfilled within having it, then your ocd will target that.
And again, I've mentioned 2 ways to deal with it. Make your intrusive thoughts lose their power by not reacting, or lose your weakness.
When there is an intrusive thought about your desire in your mind,
It is important to remember that these do not manifest.
Notice how I worded it by saying "there is", not you have.
You can use this as a way to deal with it.
"there is a disturbing thought in my mind right now." And say nothing else, let it quiet let it be.
The reason why is because you are HAVING intrusive thoughts, not thinking them.
You're not thinking these thoughts.
The thoughts aren't yours.
Look at it like this:
you're a game character, you entered this server (the game is life on earth), every character gets their different set of challenges, among other things. But here's the thing, your ocd is one of your specific challenges that you got. Not a fun character trait, (it's optional), you can totally change it.
But, if what is most important to you right now is:
dealing with it, while getting your desires; let's continue onto how we do that.
So we've already established that your intrusive thoughts don't manifest because you're NOT thinking them.
And please don't let your mind trick you into falling into the trap of wondering whether you're really NOT thinking your intrusive thoughts. That's another trick ocd & the anxiety that comes with can play on us. Don't let it fool you.
You are NOT thinking your intrusive thoughts. They are entering your mind, not by choice. It is NOT yours. Therefore it doesn't manifest in YOUR reality.
Okay now that we've gotten that out of the way.
We're gonna have to hack with this one.
Because if ocd is full of tricks, we're gonna have to be full of counteractive tricks up our own sleeves.
Okay so let's get into it;
The fun thing about manifestation/ the law of assumption is you get to assume ANYTHING you want.
Here's a good assumption to have; (so that when ocd is basically beating you up or tackling you, it's actually proving you right.)
"Everytime I have intrusive thoughts about my desire or manifesting it, it just means I'm on the right track, because my ocd is targeting something I care about which means it's something I already have."
Basically any thoughts that say OCD is just being a hater.
And if you don't care about your desires anymore, and you don't have any intrusive thoughts about it or you barely have any, use that to your advantage too with a quick:
"I'm not getting intrusive thoughts about this anymore because I'm not anxious about it, and that's because I already have it."
And fyi, you can be anxious about something that you have okay. That's an anxiety thing. So don't overthink that either.
What I meant with the last affirmation/thought is that when you really know you already have your desire you become calmer about it. That's usually when it's right about to materialize in your reality.
Okay next hack!
Also another placebo oriented one.
If you have the type of ocd, where you have alot of physically active compulsions. And it's a really really bad case. As in, your compulsions are RUINING YOUR LIFE. or TAKING UP ALL YOUR TIME AND TAKING AWAY ALL YOUR PEACE.
That's good, that's really really useful okay trust me on this.
You gotta take steps, do physical rituals, clean your toilet 6 times a day idk, stuff like that.
This hack is use your physical compulsions as placebos.
Or make up your own obsessive compulsive thought proces.
As in; instead of: "if you don't tap 12 times on the fridge right now, "xyz" is gonna DIE!!!"
Consciously do it yourself, about your desires instead.
There's a positive way to do this and a negative way.
Everytime you worry about your desire, or there's an anxious feeling that comes up about it,
Here's the negative way to do this compulsive hack;
"if I don't tap on this fridge 67 times right now, I'm not gonna get my desire."
And the positive way, or at least a little better than the last one, if not positive:
"If I tap on this fridge 17 times or 38 times, I will definitely get my desire."
I would recommend this method if your ocd is really really bad.
If it's not, don't drive yourself crazy. And don't do this.
The most positive and safest way to do this is when you're already doing a compulsory act,
Like when you're already washing your face with bleach because someone sick coughed in your face without covering their mouth, or someone sneezed in your face, (nightmarish example I know)
But yeah, literally affirm right there right then, doing this, that doing this gets you "xyz".
It's a placebo, you can say whatever you want.
Next up, a shield, it's basically like what we first established, your intrusive thoughts do not manifest. But it's good to repeat it to yourself so you really believe it. So it makes you calmer.
Simply think: "My ocd will not stop me from manifesting my desires."
"My ocd doesn't have the ability to affect whether I get my desires or not."
"My ocd has NOTHING to do with me manifesting my desires. It doesn't affect it at all."
Now I know that with ocd, your mind is a warzone. So if you have to yell these affirmations or one of them, out loud over and over again. Do that.
If you have to do, freaking jumping jacks while you say it or while you mentally affirm it do that.
If you have to say it in a voice message that you play over and over in your AirPods/ear piece/ headset/ headphones DO THAT.
It's just really good to establish this as an assumption, if you're worried about ocd being a bother while you're manifesting.
Now one last really powerful hack to overcome your ocd or take away it's power.
Ocd's power is anxiety, it's stress.
So that's what you have to focus on managing, and reducing.
If you live a super stressful lifestyle and there are ways you can change it, sacrifice whatever you need to sacrifice for your peace.
If the sacrifice is too great as in; it threatens your survival or somebody else's survival, then don't do it.
If there's no way for you to make your lifestyle less stressful, then all you can do is, to stop being full of stress.
And here are some stress relieving things I know of that ESPECIALLY help, when you can't physically do anything about a stressful situation:
Watching ASMR. If you can't watch, make your own ASMR.
Listening to cortisol reduction morphic fields on YouTube.
Listening to calming frequencies or sounds, meditation music.
Listening to ambience music on YouTube, or natural ambience (forest, beach, waterfall, lake, birds chirping)
Listening to ocean beach waves hour long videos, again also on Youtube.
Getting daily massages, if u can ask someone you know or afford it, or do it yourself
One of the most natural ways to relieve anxiety, MOVE. Dance, shake your dreads/braids, whip your hair back and forth, shake your legs, (lol this is all best to do if you're alone), walk more, run more (don't do this if you have chronic or terminal illness), do the weirdest things, as long as it's moving,
(if you're paralyzed, the next one is for you)
Step 2, LAUGH. This is another natural one. After you do weird moves with your body laugh at yourself.
Now If you can't move your body, laugh. If you're naturally funny, you can make yourself laugh just by talking to yourself, using your mere thoughts.
if not, watch funny videos, stand up comedy, memes, (build a fyp that is nothing but funny by always liking, & commenting on videos u find funny)
You can use social media as your endorphin booster, even if it was made to exploit your dopamine receptors. Exploit it right back, take it for all the endorphins you can get.
If you're not already someone that laughs alot, and you think life is serious. Please loosen up, it's not serious at all, stop taking everything seriously. And laugh. If you're going through hell, laugh.
Privileged people should take life seriously, they can afford to.
Anyways that's all I can think of for now.
You'll naturally know what relaxes you.
When something calms you down, note it, remember it, hold onto it and do it AGAIN.
When something or someone (👀), makes you forget all your problems, remember that, and keep seeking out that person or thing in a healthy way of course.
And last but not least don't do drugs.
Don't use addictive substances or *ahem* media, to calm your stress.
But if you already do, you can totally hack that too.
Just use it as a placebo. It'll be harder if you're addicted to hard drugs.
I'm talking about soft core, still manageable addictions.
Use your bad habit, as a placebo to manifest your desires.
And if you don't like working with the negative, do the positive and manifest not having your bad habit anymore, and you can do that by simply thinking that you don't have it and showing it with your actions and not doing it.
And take it up a notch, and use stopping your bad habit as a placebo to manifest the rest of your desires.
Por ejemplo; "since I stopped smoking, I've been receiving random large sums of money in unexpected positive ways, don't know what the link is, but I like it."
Or "since I've stopped smoking, I keep seeing my desires manifested into reality left and right, I'm basically being bombarded at this point."
........
Anyways I've said alot.
But you get the point.
Look at how you think, and think of your desires as if you have them, but in the way you already think.
Again; if you're a worrier, worry like already have your desire.
If you're an overthinker, overthink about desire like you already have your desire. (Do this with care)
If you're someone that has a very visual mind, visualise your desires.
If you imagine things going wrong and they always do, start imagining things going right & sprinkle the scene with something a little negative but not something you would mind.
If you think too much, think too much about the fact you already have your desire.
If you always think positive, think positive now because you have your desire and not just to stay happy, be happy now because you have your desire,
If you're a pessimist, or complainer, complain about your desire, or ramble about a specific negative aspect of your desire,
( I PROMISE EVERYTHING HAS A NEGATIVE. for ppl who know ball)
ANYWAY

What to do, when you try to manifest something instantly and "it didn't work"
First of all yes, I understand that you're not supposed to "try to manifest.", because you just have it or you don't.
A couple of days ago, I had this very question. And no one had an answer, but now I have it.
Manifesting on a time crunch, manifesting with a deadline, manifesting something in 24 hours,
And 'failing'.
When this happens, it's important to remember, that it isn't true failure, unless you say it is.
You haven't failed.
Your reality simply didn't reflect what you wanted, at the time you wanted it to.
And why?
You did everything right, so why?
Manifestation is more than doing, it's being.
Reality needs something to reflect.
It reflects you.
So if it didn't reflect your desire at that time, it simply means that internally, that reflection didn't exist.
If you imagined smiling while standing in front of the mirror, but you didn't smile in front of the mirror, then you won't see a smile in the reflection.
But anyways, that's not the point.
The point is, you can still have things work out.
For as long as you are alive and sentient. You can still have what you want.
There a million things that can happen and ways for it to work out.
Endless, limitless possibilities.
The past can change, the present can be adjusted.
Even if the deadline has passed.
Hope is not lost. Hope is not gone.
All you need to tell yourself now,
is that everything is going to work out.
And if you don't understand how? Exactly.
"I don't understand how it could ever possibly work out, but it will."
You tell the story.
Reality will always do everything in its 'power'/ ability to reflect your story.
And if you don't believe it? Exactly then.
"I might not believe it, but it will still work out."
And if you feel hopeless or devastated, or tired, or miserable.
Well then.
"No matter how I'm feeling right now, things will work out somehow, and I'll still end up having the outcome that I wanted."
Time is now out the window... well at least, the time you had set.
Right in this present moment right now, things are still working out.
Because your efforts,
They don't just disappear.
Let's see it as this,
You weren't fully changed internally, so it caused a,
Delay.
The delay is not outside, it's on the inside, it's a delay within you.
You know how I know for sure?
A person that has truly changed, is not bothered when reality doesn't reflect the change.
If you are truly fulfilled within, you would see reality not instantly reflecting that, as a malfunction that will be corrected shortly.
Not a loss, not failure. Not a grievance.
Technically, you were still gonna get it anyway, but probably right after you already thought you lost, or it seemed as if you lost.
But if you now persist in thinking you have lost, that will be reflected.
And why would that be reflected when thinking the opposite wasn't reflected immediately?
Because your internal being, is more aligned with not having it, or not having been succesful,
thus reality/ the mirror, will reflect that immediately.
But if you, in these critical moments right now, (where you technically still have your desire, you just don't see it, because it's past the time you had planned,)-
If you, tell yourself it will all work out right now. It will work out as it was already going to.
Don't let the time fool you.
Don't let the illusion of failure fool you.
You still have it. It can still work out.
There is still hope.
Don't give up, because of a malfunction.
If you click on something on your phone screen and it doesn't immediately open, do you immediately crash out throw your phone and give up?? (If you do do that, well damn😭😭)
But anyway, for the ones that don't. You click on it again right? Because you expect it to work. Exactly. Reality should reflect you, that's what it does, has always done, and can't not do. That's its only function.
So just tell yourself right now, that you are still gonna get what you want, and that things are still going to work out.
Because these things can be really frustrating, confusing, and disappointing.

You conclude it, you solve it, you decide whether there's still hope.
Because there always is.
There will still be hope until you crush it yourself.
Having your desire already was there first, that was the original default outcome.
That outcome only changes if you fall for the illusion,
The illusion that you didn't get what you want,
Just because you didn't see it at that planned time.
Don't fall for it, you still have it.
Tell yourself it's gonna work out.
Because in the background, it already has.
If you really did do everything 'right'.
It already has. Just don't change the story that was already set for you, the story where you still win.
"It will work out, everything is gonna be okay."
You might now know how, where, when, you might not believe it, you might not feel it.
But that's all because of the illusion.
Don't fall for it. And don't conclude the opposite of what you want because of it.
Conclude that even after all this, you still absolutely will have what you want.
Affirmations to deal with doubt, when you're manifesting magical things:
People say mermaids aren't real, but I'm literally a mermaid.
People say unicorns aren't real, but I literally have a unicorn.
So basically the format is; people say "XYZ" but, ...... (You saying that it is real, because you're literally experiencing it.)

This is for the people who know about loa, but have mental health problems, and or physical health problems/ are just living a really hard life.
Sometimes you're suicidal because you feel deep emotional pain, or intense suffering internally, or because you feel worthless, or because you feel exhausted and like you don't have a purpose. ¹
And sometimes, you feel suicidal because circumstances are so so bad, that dying is better. Or dying seems like the only way out or the best way. ²
So that's 1. And that's 2.
Group number 1. Is the first paragraph, and group 2. is the second paragraph.
What I have to say about the second paragraph is very controversial but because I was there i will say it anyway.
If it's really that bad and you gotta go, you gotta go,
manifest respawning to a better reality.
And honestly that naturally happens if you die with the intention of going to a better place, you will end up in a better place.
And that's respawning too.
Now, if you're from group 2. And you don't want to die, you just feel like it because things are that bad,
Then let's go about how to manifest yourself happier and free.
What I'm about to say might be unexpected, but,
it's actually easier to manifest, the more dire your situation is.
When you have NOTHING to lose. You don't have time to waver or think opposing thoughts.
When you really have a will to live and survive, you won't think of anything else.
And that's the thing,
I'm adressing the people who are in those situations, but don't have a complete will to live.
In extreme circumstances you have to be very focused on your 3D so,
Make mental plans on how you navigate the circumstances in the smartest, and safest way possible.
And whenever you have even a second of peace and if not peace, if not sleep, then at least quiet. (If you're that lucky).
Use those little moments, to imagine a better life or escaping.
And sometimes imagining isn't a picture or a visual scene in your mind, sometimes it's a thought, and a feeling.
Whatever it is, conjure up the feeling of being relieved, being saved.
You don't need the feeling to manifest, you need the feeling, to inspire your will to live.
The moment your will to live is secured,
You will be UNSTOPPABLE.
You just have to want to live group 2.
That's all you need. And only YOU know why you would want to live.
The smallest thing I can say to help with that is,
Think about the things you wanted before you were in this situation, or the things you always wanted, and you would've been able to have them, if you weren't in this situation.
Think about that, and realize that technically;
Anything in this world that you might find worthwhile, the only way to experience it, is if you live.

Now onto group 1.
Being suicidal goes hand in hand, with being fed up, tired, or some type of hate for yourself, and a whole lot of other things that would genuinely make manifesting what you want, different and perhaps more difficult.
But we can use it, we can use it with some satire, reel thoughts.
"Man life is worth living again cause my SP said he/she/they like me back."
"Man life is worth living again cause my SP asked me out."
"You know what? I DO wanna live, cause I woke up like this." (Implying that you woke up with a glow up/your desired appearance)
"You know what? I'm too beautiful/handsome/hot/cute/pretty to die."
"Shitt I can't kms yet cause *insert your desired event* happened"
"Damnit! Now I can't die anymore cause I got everything on my wishlist/list."
"Well guess I gotta stay alive now cause I got "XYZ" "
You get it right? sarcastic and satire thoughts like this. Usually depressed and suicidal people are already sarcastic and satire and unserious about things, so I think this will feel natural to you.
Now on a more serious note, let's adress the feeling of being suicidal and how to deal with it, WHILE you manifest.
Either visualise, or say affirmations that imply or conjure up feelings.
"I finally wanna be alive." (Song reference)
"I don't wanna die anymore."
"Life is worth living again, I didn't know I would be happy again but I am."
"I actually did end up being okay."
And visualising is just imagining something that has the same vibes as the affirmations I just used, and feeling that feeling of not wanting to die anymore.
And listen to beautiful music.
When you're depressed and suicidal, you might consume content that relates to that.
STOP.
Stop it get some help.
And listen to songs that are basically hopecore, songs that sound positive,
Songs that your brain has been socialised to see as beautiful, heart touching, positive.
Make a hopecore playlist.
And here's a song that specifically relates to being suicidal but it's the part where he doesn't wanna die anymore.
You can visualise while listening to music it really CHANGES your feelings.
And that's the goal of all of this.
Changing your feelings and outlook on life WHILE manifesting your desires.
It's a win win.
Here's another song to visualise to, this song can be sad or happy, depends on how you look at it. Use it to visualise you getting better and being a better happier version of yourself, wanting to live FINALLY.

And yeah,
You can totally manifest the life you're worthy of living; a life worth living.
Even if you're in a dire, serious, dangerous situation, you can survive it and you CAN manifest getting out of it.
People have cured themselves of terminal illnesses, manifested a house for themselves when they were homeless, manifested getting out of an abusive household, people have revised their loved one's death and accidents as well, people have manifested not getting their body parts amputated, people cured themselves of blindness with manifestation.
Any horrible thing you can think of, somebody's probably done their way out of it!
You're not the first to be in this situation.
Don't give up on yourself no matter how hard it gets, no matter how serious it is, even if it literally makes you suicidal.

Humans' basic necessities and rights are free, and respected, and aren't exploited for profit.
The world drastically became a better place in 2026.
2026 was a revolutionary year.
Basic human needs, like food and housing, are free.
Nobody is homeless, nobody is poor and nobody is starving and healthcare is free.
All basic human needs are provided by the government worldwide.
Criminal laws that govern murder and sexual assault, and exploitation and kidnapping, crimes against humanity, don't change by border or country, it's the same everywhere.
War is illegal and banned, ethnic cleansing and genocide is illegal and banned.
War crimes are punishable by law EVERYWHERE.
The sentiment that NO ONE IS ILLEGAL ON STOLEN LAND is applied to immigration laws EVERYWHERE.
The patriarchy is dead.
A woman's rights don't change when crossing a border, women's rights are respected EVERYWHERE.
Abortion is legal EVERYWHERE.
Death penalty and life in prison for rape is general law WORLDWIDE.
In 2027 worldwide mental health has rapidly improved and reached heights that the mental health statistics haven't achieved in more than a century.
Basically EVERYONE is happier in 2027. And we won't be making "maybe 2028 will be my year" jokes.
2026 becomes the best year ever worldwide.
In 2026 war became abolished worldwide.
In 2027 the statistics show that crime rates have hit the lowest of low that has ever been recorded in human history.
The earth/world in this game of life, improves for all 9 billion players.
There's something I observed in myself and others who are into loa, while they casually talk about things.
I call it mental discrimination.
And what's being discriminated is thoughts.
Appearantly people don't realize that ALL of your thoughts (the regular ones) are assumptions.
Like genuinely everything that's dominant in your mind.
Things aren't like that, you think they're like that.
For example, someone can casually think, or say or claim, "I'm bad at visualising." But that right there is an assumption, it doesn't HAVE to be that way.
Or "I'm bad at sports."
Again,
It doesn't HAVE to be that way.
Or "I can't eat that." "I can't do that."
And now that I'm writing this, I'm noticing that alot of it is limiting.
But limits are okay, it's a part of life.
You can keep it or get rid of it.
Here's why I think recognising this is important:
When you're consciously manifesting your desires, you can have thoughts like these about the way you're manifesting your desire.
Like assuming certain things (used for manifesting) are hard or difficult for you.
If you have something else that isn't difficult and that you can do. Then it's okay to assume that other methods are difficult for you.
And with other things in life besides manifesting.
Sometimes you're about to do something and you don't realize how much you're mentally limiting yourself because there are certain things we believe/assume and don't question.
You don't question "I'm horrible at volleyball", if you've been saying it your whole life.
So now when you want to go play volleyball, you're gonna allow yourself to repeat this assumption/thought in your mind.
And all because it's something that you didn't question.
And if you know about loa, you know that it's an assumption.
But there are certain things we allow because it's not relating to our desires.
If you're gonna volleyball just for today, just with your friends and it doesn't matter it's just casual you might allow that assumption to persist in your mind.
And if you're now deciding to all of a sudden pick up volleyball as a hobby, then you're going to attempt to change this assumption.
But otherwise you would've left it like that.
And that's completely okay.
I just think it's important to be aware, of the things we let slide, in our minds.
It's important to question everything in your mind.
Because sometimes thoughts assumptions and beliefs tangle, and sometimes,
one of those strands relates to your desire that you're manifesting, and it's also tied in the knot.
Like for example, "I'm horrible at volleyball" can be linked to "I'm bad at sports." to "I'm not athletic." to "I'm a loser." And "I'm a loser" is ultimately self concept. It doesn't have to link this way, but it's an example of how thoughts can link.
Sometimes this casual limit that you allow in your mind, or this casual assumption that doesn't really benefit you, that you let slide,
Sometimes it links to a belief or an assumption way deeper, that you actually should be concerned about.
That's why I suggest you to question everything that you casually say/believe/think about yourself and the world.
Dismantle it.
But only do this if it's something that's not good for you.
You don't have to instantly change it if you don't feel like you need to.
But definitely remind yourself:
hey it doesn't have to be that way.
"I don't have to be bad at golf, I'm thinking that I'm bad at golf, and I can think the opposite."
"Not all men are cheaters, I'm thinking that, it doesn't have to be true, there can be loyal men in the world."
"I don't have to be someone that uses my money irresponsibly, I'm thinking that I'm that person, I can be different and I can think differently."
It's basically realizing that your thoughts and assumptions are not absolutes and you should always check them, question them, navigate them.
What are these things that you casually tell yourself and you laugh it off, but it's something that doesn't benefit you?
What are these things that you casually think to yourself and believe, are they true or are you just used to thinking that?
Is it really true that everyone leaves you? Is it really true that you're not worthy of love?
Or are you just thinking that because of past emotional wounds ?
Dont worry too much about why you have certain negative or not very beneficial thoughts/assumptions.
Just question them and remind yourself that you don't HAVE to think that way.
You don't have to think a certain way and you can think another way about this thing that you're thinking of.
