I'm a normal person until I remember that Mikey wanted a skateboard really badly, so Donnie watched the skaters at the park all day, waiting for an opportunity to snag a board. Eventually, a skateboarder accidentally snapped his deck in half, and he left the remnants of it at the park. Donnie sent Raph out to gather all the pieces of the broken board. He then rebuilt the board and even graffitied it before gifting it to Mikey. Even though it wasn't the prettiest skateboard in the world, it was Mikey's, and he loved it.
