Right after the incredible event with Sheila on the 29th, join us for an introductory workshop to the S movement practice at 4:30 pm! Take all that incredible masculine/feminine knowledge and move it right into your body with a soul-opening class for all levels - beginners and experienced students alike. This includes the S Factor signature warm up, pole play, and the beginner's routine making it a great choice for women brand new to S and also an incredible opportunity to share this movement with a friend.
