Sharon "Can't Stand Her" Carter Confessions

Which is something I never thought I’d say, but:

She had very little screen time, yet it was established, in canon, that Sharon Carter is a villain, just as anyone of sense always knew.

Meanwhile, Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha Romanoff finally got her overdue solo movie.

Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie have been set up for larger, continuing roles as heroes headlining the next Cap movie.

And the woman and character Sharon Carter fans hate most all—Hayley Atwell’s Peggy Carter—is back and will continue to be a part of the MCU for years to come.

Correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn’t Emily VanCamp have been announced at Comic Con, if she was playing any significant role in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier? Because I saw Daniel Brühl being formally listed as a cast member, but nothing on EVC.

Also....spoliers.....but a young and beautiful Peggy Carter, who strongly resembles Hayley Atwell, is going to be making an appearance in the comics. Comics that are more and more reflective of the MCU. Guess what that likely means? 

And one more thing, Peggy’s going to be in the What If series. But again, there was no mention of Sharon. 

Read the writing on the wall already. We won. Sharon Carter is finally being thrown out like the shit she is.

Now, now, anon. EVC may be a horrible person, but she’s still a real person and doesn’t deserve that. 

It’s a long list, anon, but I will try to be brief. She was so difficult to work with that Chris Evans, who gushes about everyone he’s ever worked with, couldn’t say a single nice thing about her. So, gentleman that he is, Chris didn’t talk about her at all ever. 

Vancamp was also rude to reporters, snapped at Evans during an interview, and had to be removed from doing the press junket on Team Cap and added to Team Ironman because she couldn’t get along with her colleagues.
