Anyway went up to 30lbs shoulder press today with 8 rep sets (essentially to failure, realized I need to start doing these seated instead of standing)

About to pass 25 lb bicep curls

20lb skull crushers starting to feel less difficult

50 lb dumbbell squat (the most limiting factor here is my grip strength and that my form is bad with weight on my shoulders so I have to hold 2 dumbbells)

Still trying to find my limit for hip thrusts. Was previously limited by Ouch Bar Hurt My Bones so with my new bellabooty whatever band I went up to 80lbs and easily did 3 sets of 12.

Tried a laid down version of a lateral raise that I saw on tiktok (I KNOW) but last time I did it at 10 lbs I really felt it in my upper back/behind my shoulders later. 15 lbs felt difficult but fine! 10lb lateral raises are just too easy now anyway

My goal is to get hotter than I ever imagined and I’m already feeling it
