AUTUMNAL SELF CARE

Please take care of yourself this autumn, dear. I know you drink too much coffee and you don't have much time to eat but please, eat something before you drink your coffee in the morning, you don't want that gastritis to kick in unexpectedly.

We all love autumn for what it has to offer but it also sets off seasonal depression and gastritis.

I want to make sure you are well this autumn, I want to remind you to take little steps and survive and heal this autumn. Take your omega 3 to have less unpleasant thoughts, take your vitamins, take care of yourself inside and out. Journal, write, dream, take a walk in the woods. I know you have that dream inside of you that it's only yours and you've put your soul into it, materialise it, MAKE IT. Clear your head and clear your skin, plant that seed, WORK ON THAT DREAM, moisturise your skin, take a bath, write, write, write and walk, walk, walk. LOVE this autumn, love the people and pet your cat or dog or turtle, stay in the sun, walk in the rain, feel it all. Let yourself feel it all, and then let it go. I don't want you to k*ll yourself this autumn, I WANT YOU TO HEAL THIS AUTUMN. I want you to feel that life really begins again when it gets crisp in the fall.
