Wandering Empath

INGREDIENTS:

ground cinnamon

ground clove

sugar

white candle + lighter

patchouli or sandalwood incense

gold and white glitter

ground peppermint tea

peppermint essential oil

flower petals (yellow or blue)

dried basil

small glass jar w/cork

clear quartz (optional)

PROCESS:

begin burning the incense and the candle.

layer the ground peppermint tea on the bottom of the bottle. add in about a teaspoon of sugar.

add two pinches of cinnamon, and one pinch of ground clove.

put four small basil leaves on top.

shake in the gold and white glitter, to your liking.

add in the flower petals. use a flower that connects with your personally, or one that gives off happiness. i suggest bright blue or yellow flowers.

once your incense has finished burning, carefully shake some of the ashes into the jar.

add in 2-3 drops of the peppermint essential oil. insert the cork

use the white candle to seal the jar. while sealing, focus on banishing any negative / anxious thoughts while chanting:

it’s just me, myself, and i anxiety can say goodbye.

finally, leave the jar out on a windowsill (preferably during the full moon) with the clear quartz in order to charge it.
