The Odd One

At MANY times it seems like they want to go there, but at the end of the day no, I don’t think they will. It’s Hallmark channel and their parents are engaged. Unless the engagement goes astray (which it won’t), they are going to continue to throw “he’s like a brother” and “She’s my sister” into the dialogue while the direction continuously shows their chemistry is off the charts and inputs a million reaction shots and longing stares at one another for some unknown reason lol it’s honestly wild 

They set up a relationship with so much potential that would honestly, and I say this as somebody who likes the couple, be more interesting and fun to watch that Cassie/Sam, that had the slow build up and all the signs of a future Hallmark couple, it even had an episode with Grace thinking Nick was gonna confess his romantic feelings to her which nobody even blinked an eye at! like ‘oh the son of your mother’s love interest might want to date you? ok!’ only to then try to  shut it down by giving them both different love interests which failed because honestly who tf cared about Noah and Nick acted more like he was in a relationship with Grace than his girlfriend, then they tried to shut it down by making them fight but that was just stupid and was more like a couple breaking up so they resort to the final measure, a classic in ‘I set this couple up but I need to shut it down and I don’t how to’, labeling their relationship as brother/sister and saying it more than once in the hope it sticks except! this is also a classic in ‘These two have romantic feelings for each other and are denying it’ and they combined it with arguing but not regular arguing oh no this was Hallmark couple at the beginning of the movie before they get together arguing! (seriously watch any Hallmark movie that has the love interests as rivals in something you’ll see I’m right)

Listen, my nonsensical rants point is this: Instead of trying to ignore and discard what they created, they should embrace it; I know they didn’t mean for this to happen, it was an accident, they’re not used to writing male-female friendships and how were they supposed to know the two actors would have so much chemistry? But what’s done is done,

Then Hayley and Hope had to miss Klaus as he was first in Marcel’s hands and then later deliberately stayed away.

Then Klaus and Hope had to miss Hayley, this time irrevocable.
