Want a story? Write it. Take time out of your day, week, month; come up with the characters and plots, flesh out the storyline until it's something you're happy with. Write it yourself.

Oh, you want someone else to write if for you? Someone else's time and effort? Someone else's creativity and ideas and eyestrain? Gotcha, can do. Pay them.

Ohhhhh, you mean you just want someone else's work for free?? You want to disrespect the people whose time and effort you expect a piece of? You want to minimize the frustration of being stolen from, of having our livelihoods pick-pocketed, and our ideas and creativity ripped away from us? Well, then I stand by my first paragraph - you can take a fucking seat.

Not only is there the time spent creating the specific piece you’re reading/viewing, but there’s all the time learning the skill, mastering the art-form, etc. 

All of that time has value, so when you look at how little most artists/writers are charging for their work, they’re getting paid a pittance for the actual amount of labor that goes into what you’re seeing. 

And then some asshat goes and steals their work, and of-fucking-course they’re both angry and demoralized. Acting like @momolady​ or @monster-bait​ is somehow out of line for being pissed that their work was stolen, or they should be flattered that their work was worth stealing is disgusting.

Like, motherfuckers, you know what happens when you crack an egg that isn’t ready to hatch yet? IT FUCKING DIES. If you crack an egg that isn’t already hatched, it FUCKING DIES.

So maybe stop trying to fucking “crack” eggs that aren’t out already. It’s almost as if our society is not particularly trans-friendly and there could be any number of reasons why someone wouldn’t be happy to be “cracked”, let alone the fact that people can be femme or masc and still not be trans.

Just stop.

Like…if you’re trying to “crack an egg” before they’re ready to crack themselves, you’re doing it for a 100% selfish reason. No I don’t care what egg you’re talking about. so it was a kinda shoddy metaphor I made up on the spot but what I meant was that some people explore their gender identity and come to the conclusion that they’re cis, and pressuring them to “come out” as trans might hurt them
