Around the Sims 3 | Cold Misery

Because I managed to get a cold in a hot summer, it inspired me to create that set, as, after all, our Sims also can get sick, so why wouldn’t they need some medicine?

The throat syrup is cloned from Arsil’s SimCola, so if you have this mod installed, your Sims will drink it and have a sugar boost (warning, it seems very attractive… ;D) The herbal tea with lemon is cloned from the Egypt incense-burner that will give your Sims a comfort feeling (idea from Pocci)

Around the Sims 3 | Sims 4 to 3 | Laundry day

The appliances are functional but not animated. I separated broom and dustpan from their wallshelf, separated also the three flowers baskets, so you can set them up, and recolor them, like you want. Last, I seriously shrinked the wreath that used to be wider than a door… !! I spilt the conversion in two sets, as I couldn’t picture how to justify wicker seatings in a laundry room… :D I think that if you add @kandiraver-sims conversions to mine, you do have a complete Laundry day conversion! :)

Pretty standard, really. At the age of 12 I received my first scribe. At the age of 14 a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically…

Shrink Flower

NO, your sims won’t shrink. They can’t even use it; it’s just simple Plant Decor for your lots, fully recolorable.

Floor Switch

Found under Lawn Ornaments I think, fully recolorable, 2x2 tiles.

I recommend using with the Clockwork Bomb here–not that it will actually flip the switch to some hidden platform or anything, lol.

Drink Me Bottle

I tried SO FRIKKIN HARD to give this a clear texture, but I was foiled every time. I’ve given up–glass eludes me in TSRW 99% of the time. Anyways, found under Sculptures/Accents I think. Sits on surfaces. Fully recolorable. Comes in 2 variations, with the Drink Me! sign in English and Japanese.

Use OMSPs to resize/tilt the bottle.

So that’s Part 1 fer ya.

I want to give credits to @violetpixels, she suggested that I convert Joy jeans and Krystal leggins for yound adult/adult female sims.

Christie Dress

A shorter variation of my Cold Shoulder midi dress.

Fun fact: got this idea from @zumzumbabasims who showed me this 1993 Barbie Fashion Favorites #68000 dress (eBay image I found) and suggested the name.

The uv-mapping and texture are kind of a mess. But it works, so...

categories: everyday, formal, maternity, yes it has a proper pregnant morph!

2 recolourable channels: the top shoulder ruffle part, and the body

has a bunch of presets using base game patterns I thought were cute

low poly count, gameplay friendly: 3900 poly

Credits:

base game and showtime EP for additional meshes and textures I used

Flaws:

patterns on the shoulder ruffle part are rotated 90 degrees relative to the body - this was how the original dress was mapped and I couldn't find space on the uv map to change the orientation

you may notice some misalignment at the seams of the dress where I couldn't match stuff up

the shoulder part does not always play well with poses with raised arms

A simple little maxis match dress if you want it...

Nostalgia Bathroom and Kitchen by @awingedllama Converted 4t3

Converted some of the items. @martassimsbook converted some of the plants and @bioniczombie has converted a few of the other deco items from the Nostalgia series. And @suteflower is converting the Living portion that will be shared at some point.

Most everything is recolorable except for the radio (it was not going to work with the uv scaling). Note: The wallpaper and floor have a shiny specular. I don't normally like that in my game, but the tile texture looks better with it imo. And that's it. Enjoy!

This is less of an update and more of a complete redo of my old toddler bed. The big change is that this operates more like a regular bed, just toddler sized. Honestly, kind of a nightmare and if I could go back in time and not have the idea to do this, I would but anyway, here it is. 😭 Works pretty much like a regular bed, they can sleep and take naps. If they have a stuffed animal, they will sleep with it. Toddlers can jump on the bed and other Sims (Teen+) can read them to sleep.

I would recommend removing the old toddler bed even though this is a separate file but I consider that version now obsolete and it is archived. The localization files from that bed have been added to this one as well so it comes with partial French, Brazilian Portuguese and Korean translations.

In addition to that I've also included a custom dresser that toddlers can use to change clothes on their own. So now my dream of fully independent toddlers that no longer need my attention is complete! *insert evil laugh here*

Requirements: None I believe, everything should be BGC but some audio from Generations but if you don't have that, you simply won't hear anything. Built on ver 1.67, should work with 1.69
