Arrived back on the island safe and sound yesterday! We were stuck on ground for almost 3 hrs due to an engine leak. Thank God it was fixed before take off. My sister was freaking out and hates flying meanwhile I am walking around the airplane making friends and talking stories to all around me. I love to fly. Literally slept for an hour and a half while things were getting fixed and in mid take off. I love being back in my sister's birthplace for her birthday and dad's birthplace. I love hearing all kinds of stories from my dad while he was growing up here. I came to catch mass and pray. I love to come here to meditate and thank the Lord above. I was lucky to be there and catch the children's play of the reenactment of the burial of Jesus Christ and his resurrection. I then helped in the church donation offering. You truly are a ball of energy, my firecracker full of life, multi-talented and achieved so much already at 13 from playing multiple instruments like the ukulele, clarinet, flute, piano, sings with her heart content, models, acts, dances, plays volleyball and basketball, involved in school and academics, the list is endless. A day trip to Joshua Tree when I was only on 2 hours of sleep after my 20 year PAC Modern reunion banquet and went boulder climbing for the first time and conquered my fear of falling. I am not afraid of heights but being vertically challenged and having to trust my instincts to step down from one rock to the next was an accomplishment in itself.
