idk why but i feel like i should say this:

i used to be deeply right-wing; almost fully down the rabbit hole and all that. I have my father, and his strange beliefs, to partially thank for that.

the key operating modifier there is "used to"; i got better, luckily. However, it took about a decade+ for me to do that, and I'm sad that it took so long for me to learn how to fully appreciate and advocate for a fair and equitable life for everyone. I have my father, and mother, to thank for that example of unconditional love, although I'm still working on the unconditional part for the type of person i once was.

all of this is really meant to say: Yes, that family member has the potential to get better; i'd like to think most humans have that capacity. I hope that you'll try to continue being patient with them, but not to the extent that you are harmed for it. if there's some reading you'd like to try and seek inspiration from, i'd recommend reading about Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi's life and work on satyagraha; it changed my life.

made buzzard collectors and antennae model-accurate, fixed some more raised lines on the 2nd hull, fixed some color specularity, rounded the 2nd hull dish mount, and added some decals.

the blender monkey, Suzanne, and I have come to an unspoken mutual agreement (they seem to enjoy my suffering for modelmaking)
