I Am Helium Raven

1. Uses one fingertip, hand loose but controlled, squares shoulders - preparing to face something unpleasant.

2. Entire hand is shaking, lessened fine motor control, self-comforting - trying to hold himself together after a traumatic experience. 

3. All fingertips and thumb, drops arm heavily, blows out breath, lets head drop only to raise it again - weary of fighting but can’t stop.
